Why will a Christian still consciously remain in sin?
I know you know but for the benefit of the others, I hereby state That it is The Law for Christians that they are not Allowed to Sin.

A Christian is not Allowed to sin and every True Christ Follower knows that.

For Christ did not sin and He Showed us how we too can avoid sinning!

U are entitled to your opinion....but that’s not mine
Well, the Gospel of Kingdom of God was not given to each of us as a sort of moral compass of sorts, but instead as Law in the Kingdom of God. Given that Jesus Christ is a Covenant between God and individuals(not meant for groups or peoples), it makes little sense to sell God's commandments as if moral laws. undecided

The statement in bold is not true. undecided

The New Covenant Law, Jesus Christ, comes to us with approximately 56 commandments , of which the 2 greatest are mentioned as dealing with Love. No where however does Jesus Christ state that it is ok to focus on just the two greatest commandments ,ignoring the rest. In fact, he warned against this when He declared a curse on those who would focus on some of the commandments ignoring those they consider of lesser importance to value. undecided
If there is any commandment ...if...if...if...
Do u understand what “if” means..??

When Jesus came.. we became free from the law, from set of rules that has little value to attaining spiritual ones with God..

Does the Bible or Jesus speak on acts like smoking, doing cocaine, or marijuana? the Bible doesn’t cover everything that’s why there’s need to have the spirit of God...Jesus himself said it... ur moral codes can’t give u the spirit of the living God...

1. Jesus Christ is the New Covenant agreement promised by God through His prophets.... He is the Law of the Kingdom of God and Jesus Christ told you this severally when He declared that if you love Him, you will keep His commandments. He went even further to declare that those who belong to Him are those who submit to and obey His teachings /commandments, the Truth of God by which one can be set free from slavery to sin. undecided

2. If you have ever read the Gospels, you would realize untrue it is to claim that Jesus Christ made you free from Law/rules. Beginning in Matthew 5 vs 11, you can read of rule after rule given you by Jesus Christ, the very same who announced that He had come to offer you a light yoke and an easy burden( a covenant). undecided

3. The same Jesus Christ declared to you in His Word that it is not what you eat or ingest that makes you unclean/sinful/defiles you. undecided

4. According to Jesus Christ, only those who obey
His teachings and commandments can recieve the Spirit of God. READ John 14, 15 and 16 to learn the Truth of who can receive the Spirit of God. This is what Jesus Christ Himself declared. So I don't know which Jesus Christ you claim told you that obeying the Law has nothing to do with receiving His Spirit or the Spirit of God. undecided

So all this time, you had no clue what the standard is where it concerns followers of Jesus Christ yet you continued to argue that Chritsians were not worse sinners based on what? undecided

You just here made the Ops point for him. undecided

Yes it did under The Law prohibited "immorality and Unlawful use of God's body"

U said this right: If you have ever read the Gospels, you would realize untrue it is to claim that Jesus Christ made you free from Law/rules.....meaning you are saying Jesus said we must obey the laws, right?

Then u said : same Jesus Christ declared to you in His Word that it is not what you eat or ingest that makes you unclean/sinful/defiles you.

The law said some food defies u... but Jesus came to tell u it doesn’t matter what u eat...

hasn’t Jesus nullify the law...?? he also counter moses’s Law on divorce and stoning of women caught in adultery, and eye for an eye??

I could go on and on about how Jesus set us free from the 630 Torah laws and the curse that’s associated with it ... but I think u are one of those that believe only some part of the Bible...so there’s no point quoting the books written by Paul and the other apostles...

1. You were never born bound to the Old Covenant Law of Moses, a law which God Himself decreed was between Him and those born with the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins. God never bound those of gentile birth to the Old Covenant and this you can learn of in Deuteronomy 30 where that covenant was ratified between God and the people of Israel. undecided

2. The New Covenant Law, Jesus Christ, is instead the Law by which God chose to welcome those of the gentile nations into His fold, and it is only to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ that we are bound... the Old Covenant was never our business or problem to begin with. undecided

3. Jesus Christ ofcourse did not nullify the Old Covenant law as the Law remains in full operation today and will remain so forever, but we who are of gentile origin need never concern ourselves with it. undecided

Okay.. school me...
u mean when Jesus was speaking to the Israelites all through he wasn’t really taking to them but the gentiles that will be accepting the gospel later??

When Jesus spoke to Israelites, saying “what u eat doesn’t defile u” but what comes from within you... he still wanted them to continue obeying the laws of don’t eat this, don’t eat that....?

U mean when Jesus and the disciples ddnt wash their hands before eating and the Pharisees tackled him.... his response about being clean in the inside was what mattered was only for the gentiles...

Can I ask u a question?... is the Holy Spirit for the Israelites as well, or it’s just for the gentiles?

Because The Only way to see Truth is that No One Can Fault it, for that is What Truth is. It is Flawless and Faultless.

I am not standing up for my glowry I am standing up to help all see that Truth is Always a Solid Unbeatable Mountain Anywhere, Every where and You Can Trust it, because it is Strong and God Upholds it Himself, which is why No One Can Go Through it Exactly as The Bible says "For the arms of the wicked will be broken but The Lord Upholds the righteous." Psalm 37:17

So if one of us is not raised up to show the world that he is not broken and can not be broken as the Bible hath said, how then can people confidently trust in God and Rely on His Words?

This world is plenty with Lies and as you can see everyone is Truly Confused as to know that which is True from that which is A Lie.

Therefore, I rise up that ONLY TRUTH CAN SHINE and I Come to Destroy Every Lie Out there.

That is the purpose behind my action and the Only way that this can be Proven is to Stand Proven.

It is not for my glory but because I see and fear that many will die because of the Lies whereas I could have told them The Truth.

So I come to say Only The Unbeatable God Held Truths before I depart from this world!

Is Morality not about Righteousness? Or

Is there any Morality that is not Righteous? Or

Is there any Morality that is Unrighteous?

Or is Christ Against Righteousness? I can go on laying more pertinent questions arising out of your statement and thinking but is it that you refuse to see that Israel put aside God's Commandments and made their own?as the Prophets Complained which Christ too Pointed Out? Mark 7:6-9

... For LAYING ASIDE THE COMMANDMENT OF GOD, Ye Hold The Tradition Of Men,..

FULL WELL, YE REJECT THE COMMANDMENT Of God That Ye May Keep Your Own Tradition..

Law'er Paul whom you misinterprete clearly said the same thing in Romans 10:3

For they being ignorant (Ignorance in Law Always means "Rejection". Knowing it, you put it aside. In Law, ignorance is not Lack of Knowledge, and Paul and Christ The Law Himself knew that contd)
...of God's Righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness (Not God's Own), have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

Are you going to discoutenance that Christ, The Law Himself (Since you would say you strictly follow Christ and No other) said, that He, The Law was not Applied in Israel but was rejected via mark 7:6-9?

There is Not One issue on Earth which God's Law of Righteousness did not capture, No not One exist!

A THING IS TRUE ONLY AFTER IT IS HOTLY TESTED. That is why God keeps referring to Gold and Silver for cleansing, because they are Purer and Shine brighter with more heat, Exactly as Truth is!

So kill me, I will speak The Truth till I depart.

If you can not validly and Truth Fully respond against me, then the Truth I bring stands, Exactly as you it does in your daily transaction!

So kill me, I will still speak The Truth!

I told you it is not for my benefit after all as the Bible said if I have The Truth, it is for me. Proverbs 9:12

Secondly for me to say The Truth It means I know must know those things which are not True and therefore I can validly point out their errors and flaws immediately. And in the End That which is True is Seen!

Thus fulfilling my objective of making Truth Seen! Is there any evil thing in what I have done?

I really do not see the moral ground to become a Christian or a Muslim.

What is it that I do that religious people don’t do on moral grounds?

Fornication
Lying
Killing
Adultery
Coveting
Etc

Religious people, especially Christians are As sinful as an average atheist and when they do it they hide under the tone of grace to commit everything they preach against.

I do not see any reason to want to live the life of a Christian or Muslim, it’s a hypocritical life and they are not good standard for morality. Just take a good look around you and observe the so called religious people, do they live an exemplary moral lifestyle?
Majority of them do not? Nowadays even full time prostitutes are religious
I must admit the standard of Christianity has really fallen short as you pointed out.

Not that Christians of the early church were all perfect, but the moral standard of the lives they lived at the time was very high and exemplary, that an erring "Ananias and Sapphira" could easily spotted from the crowd.

These days, "Ananias and Sapphiras" are now the ones that dominate the church, that it's those who are like the early Christians that now find themselves out of place. And you were right when you attributed such an unfortunate development to the "Antichrist" gospel of grace, which undermines the works of righteousness and hence made iniquity to abound in the church.

But as I said, there are yet those who are true and living with the same high moral standard of the early church even though they are few in comparison to those who aren't.

So those are the ones you should consider instead, or better still, let Christ the perfect Master be the basis you decide to become a Christian if you wanted one.

God bless.

It was hijacked by religion

1. God is a God of Laws/Covenants and to each Law He binds whomever He will. God excluded the Gentile nations from His Old Covenant Law so Gentiles have no business considering themselves bound by that Law which is defined in the books of Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. You can read of this in those books how God made certain only those descended from Jacob(and to an extent foreigners who lived among them in the land of Canaan) could partake of that Covenant. undecided

2. The Old Covenant, Like the New Covenant, is also an eternal Covenant so as Jesus Christ declared, Heaven and Earth will pass away but not one law will. Also, as Jesus Christ made it clear when He arrived, He came to offer the New Covenant to the lost sheep of israel(the sinners under the Old Covenant) and not to those already righteous, meaning the New Covenant has always been meant as an alternative route but not a replacement to the Old Covenant. So to this day, the Old Covenanat stands strong, binding those of Israel who are satisfied with the Old Covenant. undecided

So,the eating Laws that Jesus Christ preached were for those who are of the New Covenant, and no longer belong to the Old. All of Jesus Christ's teachings have to do with the New Covenant and not the Old Covenant. His teachings on divorce and stoning all belong to the New Covenant. ..the Old Covenant remains unchanged by Him. undecided

3. Where it concerns God's Laws, it is against God to add to or remove from It any law or laws. So, Jesus Christ never changed what God had established of His Old Law. Instead Jesus Christ came as the New Covenant Law of the Kingdom of God. He being the embodiment of said Law. undecided

U initially claimed that all Israelites have nothing to do with the new covenant that the old is for them and that gentiles are the ones that that shouldn’t worry about the old.... u are confusing me...And contradicting yourself
You misconstrue what I write to you.

1. Jesus Christ and everything He represents is the New Covenant Law which is open to both Jews and Gentiles alike. Everything that Jesus Christ taught applies to any and everyone who is of His New Covenant. undecided

2. The New Covenant welcomes everyone who accepts Jesus Christ, whether Jews or not jews. So long as they believe in Jesus Christ, what Jesus Christ teachjngs becomes the Law they are to abide by.

3. Pay close attention to what I type so you do not continue to confuse yourself. The Old Covenant is a separate Law given by Moses to His people is a separate and diffferent Law from the New Covenant Law embodied in the Person of Jesus Christ. undecided

4. You can read up on the New Covenant for yourself by reading through the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) where the details of the Law are written out for you to learn for yourself. undecided

Bless you too but my point is that Christianity or religion isn’t the arbiter of morality.

It was hijacked by religion
And I clearly told you that it was God (Christianity) who is the Creator and Setter of Morality as Shown and Proven by God's Laws..

There is no other law or peoples anywhere in the world whose laws or instructions have all the Moralities in this world Except and Only God's Law.

No other Morality exists anywhere in this world!

Exactly.....

Jesus taught that Old Testament laws no longer matters for example... u can’t stone someone for adultery any more, God doesn’t want you to divorce your wife, no more an eye for an eye...and every one is welcomed both Jews and gentiles...

So why do u keep saying Old Testament is for the Jews and the new “laws” of Jesus for are gentiles and the lost Jew??....

As u can see u are the one that all over the place...contradicting yourself ..

Recall the following....
Kobojunkie:
1. You were never born bound to the Old Covenant Law of Moses, a law which God Himself decreed was between Him and those born with the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins. God never bound those of gentile birth to the Old Covenant and this you can learn of in Deuteronomy 30 where that covenant was ratified between God and the people of Israel. undecided

2. The New Covenant Law, Jesus Christ, is instead the Law by which God chose to welcome those of the gentile nations into His fold, and it is only to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ that we are bound... the Old Covenant was never our business or problem to begin with. undecided

3. Jesus Christ ofcourse did not nullify the Old Covenant law as the Law remains in full operation today and will remain so forever, but we who are of gentile origin need never concern ourselves with it. undecided
also
Kobojunkie:
3. His disciples were Jews, remember? His teaching was for the sinners in Israel. I.e. the lost sheep of Israel, and also for the gentile nations that were blessed by Him. undecided
So please try to be more specific about what it is you are still confused about.. undecided
