Split screen can be activated from the recent app screen.

A long press of the target app in the recent app screen will give you a padlock button to lock the app. [/color]

You can do that from your recent apps screen by long pressing on the app you want to lock.

They are aware. Developers of those launchers also need to find a way to make theirs compatible.

Just like the way too file manager Devs found a way through the Android folder blockage even though it took them time.
