Good evening my fellow nairalanders. Please I want to ask one question that is a little bit different from the PWC but still within the purview of job hunting. The question has to do with the Federal Civil Service Commission recruitment exercise. Now the question is that, have they released the names of the shortlisted candidates for 2021/2022?

I want understand something. Pls if you applied for the experienced hire position different from the graduate advisory and audit/tax and you received positive mail. Pls signify so that for others like me, we will know is on the basis that we didn't meet the cut off and not applying for the two different role from the three roles.

The fact that you got a love letter doesn't mean you failed woefully. I am sure I wouldn't get less than 60% of the total marks but in a tough contest like this, one has to score 90% and above. I'm still gonna try again next time God willing and I remain hopeful on the experienced tax hire until they communicate to us.
If I don't get to enter as a trainee, I will get in as an experienced hire.

I don’t think experienced hire candidates will go through OPQ stuffs, maybe direct to interview. My opinion tho.

Do you have the best/best material?

No i don't, just ensure you are consistent in your answer. Its your personality they want to test. Not any other person. So the question is 52 questions and each question contains 3 statements where you would be asked to pick most/least or best/best. So it depends on you to know the statement that best describe you and the one that least describe you. The personality test is not time but you are expected to finish in 35min. Dont stay too long. Max finish before then or max of 40min.

I got my love letter now. all I want is someone to give a comprehensive hint on how to treat the later part of the test. Eg from question 10 upwards of the numerical. The earlier question are usually direct and I realise the latter is complex(the ones with additional informations down the table) with no relevant material online. So I want someone to kindly tell how they went about this cos I've been on this test year after year.
Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by Themanwithnonam: 2:48pm On May 24, 2021
The PwC mail states the test should be completed by 27th. The SHL mail states that the test should be completed by 30th.
