During the end SAR's riots the Northern States came together and declared that they wanted SAR's. The question nobody asked is why would the North want SAR's but the South did not? Are they not supposed to be the same Police Force? Well in truth the Police in the South were more of an occupation force. Fleecing and maiming Southerners over the years. There has never been any love. And so when a non state actor arises they now become an emanation force. That is what this useless Government has failed to understand and mistakenly continue to employ high handed means to solve what should be a confidence building exercise.
