Good afternoon. Please can you help me.
I have my masters in Psychology graduated with a Ph.D grade, but I currently work with a school for children with special needs. I am married with two kids, I plan to relocate to Canada with them. I have searched for schools but new application is until September, wish to go for masters in courses related to special education, but with this your post I think going for PhD program will be the best or do you think otherwise.
Careers4u:
Why would you accept admission to a Phd program without guaranteed full funding in the package? I think you are selling yourself short since you will have a lot of other universities offering you full funding if you have a good GPA

O

Open the link below you would see list of PG.Cert in Paralegal and related Programs
https://www.nairaland.com/5818588/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/514#95982265

Google them one after the other and do your research on them

Finally,
Based on your 3rd Class, you would need to do more & package your application to increase your Chances of gaining admission

Please can you help me with a sample of a cover letter and a Canadian style resume. The links you referred me to,aren't opening. Thanks

Lekiboboe:
it's not advisable ,cos you are a Bachelor degree holder, an ordinary Diploma is lesser to a Bachelors degree

A PG.Cert/PGD in a legal related field (base on your degree & work experience) is your best shot

Another degree is a total RED-FLAG!!

I am also doing special education. Check out University of British Columbia, they offer full funding. Most schools in Canada do special Education under Educational Psychology department. Yes most program start September and most admission has closed for September. But this is the best time to start searching and contacting potential supervisors against 2022

I also want to add, What i studied wasn’t related to my current job. I only wrote a strong loe.

My agent kept saying my course will lead to denial as it was pure art but worked in a tech company.

I’m so happy like it’s unbelievable for me.

It ended in praise so fast.

I pray for massive PPR for all still waiting and hoping.

Amen

Congratulations to dear. I have never seen application approved this fast on this thread.

What could be the reason? Did you apply via the Nairobi visa office? Did you apply in Nigeria? Was it because you already had your biometrics done? Or because you have all your documents notarized? Do you have any hidden thing that made your application this fast? Or is it just Grace or luck? Please tell us if you know.

Hi,
This is my first time posting here ‘ although I’ve been following this page for over a month now. I want to be part of this conversation.
I submitted my application on the 14th of May . I booked for upfront medical and I did it last week Wednesday(19th) it changed to passed this morning without uploading anything from my end . I intend going with my 2kids who are under 6yrs( 1 was born in the US, so we don’t need visa for him) My husband is my sponsor . No I don’t have any property in my name .
I am to resume September and yes my course is related to my work .I have about 8yrs experience but my pay is not up to 150k. I just want someone to give me little hope . My eligibility is yet to start and my biometrics is tomorrow. I pray it end with praise

Where did you do your medicals??

I wish I had answers to your question.
I only prayed so I might say it’s luck and grace.

Hello everyone,
On my forms, there is a place for signature... but if someone puts arrow on the question mark symbol '?' for instruction... it says an online applicant need not to sign the forms...
PLEASE SHOULD I LEAVE IT BLANK OR WRITE MY FULL NAMES THERE?
THANK YOU ALL

I paid 7900 cad and school
Paid the rest .

It depends on your grade.

I also applied to school and was also given a scholarship.

Ask you student recruiter Advisor for what your qualify for.

Okay... yes. Also for your acceptance letter. Did it come after the deadline? There are some schools that wait till after the deadline to send our acceptance letters.
