My client paid for 3 gallons of chemical to deliver with woods at Ajah, I went to the site after I did the quote with the drawing he sent to me and I discover that what was on the drawing and what was on site was correct and accurate.

He was not around, I met is proxy when I visited the site @ogbombo, Ajah.

On my way coming from the site is when I lost my phone.

Even the proxy told me, he had roof his house already now.

The NIN I did to retrieve my lines is not yet ready, till now, if not my twin brother, I won't be able to reach out to him, nor will him be able to reach out to me.

I suppose to deliver the chemical yesterday, but the woods I was sawing for another client finished late yesterday, and the owner of the woods said we can't enter the estate where the site is located, anytime after 7pm, so we should load this morning, so before evening the woods should be at the site, so I will load the chemical with the woods, so it can be receive at Ajah by the proxy of my client.

I spoke with the proxy this morning, and I just spoke with him now too.

it will all be sorted today.

For me have done a lot of purchases towards my own projects all in advance some since last year , all the iron rods to completion , transformers , generators, lifts , some wires , if it was possible would have paid for aluminum roof , if need be will import tiles , windows myself to keep cost down , done it in the past , nothing takes me by surprise . I adapt , adjust

Also Good to have streams of income that you can adjust with rising prices and inflation , if you are on fixed income or salary - it will be tough

One thing we definitely agree on is , you must do something , keep moving , , keeping funds idle is a No no in this climate

Nigeria luxury home market booms despite the economic crisis, foreign exchange instability, and the spiraling cost of building. So what's going on?

I think with the current climate, a property is a better store of value than the banks' interest rate. This is not a good time to save as inflation will erode (eat) the savings. Nigerians are drawing down furiously on their savings and injecting them into properties and land purchases. This and the exchange rate should explain the rising cost of building materials. It is not entirely Dangote's fault.
