If you give these illitrates from the north an inch, they'll take a mile. They'll force your pastors to preach qur'an in the church.

When black man realises a gap in his ability to reason, he fills it up with religion.

Most religions have caused more harm than the nonsense good they were supposed to bring.

Most religions are nonsense but you see this thing called Islam enh... You need a strong culture and an identity to be able to curb its excesses; otherwise my fellow Yorubas would have become as beastly as their friends from the sahel.

As much as its 'Yoruba first' for we Yorubas, we are still giving our muslim brothers very very cautious close marking. We are on guard, completely watching. What makes us one is our culture and our values, NOT religion... especially these foreign nonsense things.

Finally hope our eyes are opening. Who remembered how they divided and conquered the people during #EndSARS. They used tribe.
Now they want to divide and conquer the Yorubas, by using religion but it can't work.

For my Igbo brethren in the East, watch Ebonyi closely. Watch Ebonyi very very closely. You better realise Umahi has sold you guys off; he's your Eastern Tinubu. Do not give them an inch. Under religion as guise, they will introduce terrorism. Don't mind these nonsense Sahel boys you see, Yorubas have had Islam since the 10th century that's why you see we are managing it well. The version they're bringing to you guys is the uncultured type that will usher in terrorism to your unborn generations.

This is a shrill warning. You saw suicide bombing a few days ago; that's just the beginning. RESIST NOW!

I usually see your posts here, I knew you were daft and tried to always avoid you....but you just keep breaking records of foolishness. Foolish omo nna disguising.

70% of countries that fall into extremist terrorism is largely due to poverty and bad governance. It's why hypocrites like you don't think of extremism when visiting Dubai.
Bad government in France and Australia abi? What of the remaining 30%? 95% of terrorist activities in the world is due to the pissful religion.

There are always isolated terrorists attacks but France and Australia aren't failed states......thing is that you're probably not worth educating....you have your head in the sand, stick with your believes, seems it's Islam that's pushing thousands of Igbo boys into pushing drugs in asia.

The Yoruba nation isn't a mockery..... Bishop wale is only airing his opinions and isn't a policy maker but a pastor...Muslims are actually free to practice their laws within themselves if they wish not to involve state law enforcement same with christians......the state law can only supersede if they involve the state or it's between a muslim and a christian.
Life isn't hard, people only make it hard.

Talk os cheap. Same way Kano ,and some parts of north are running mad with their Sharia .. abwg shift. You think your are talking to dafts like those in the north?

I've seen cases in ibadan between two muslims were they didn't involve the police but it was settled by their iman, also happens with christains in the SW, so you really don't need to carry your case to the court in the north for settlement, take your case to your iman or pastor. But this doesn't stop the state from properly recognizing those religious bodies and conflict resolution courts......it actually puts less pressure on the state judiciary.

Tinubu unseen fingers, just for the sokoto caliphate to conquer the yorubas finally by given him presidency, use him to implement Ruga, water resources bill, sharia law and then assassinate him.
It's tinubu's greed that will send him to his grave, yoruba people should wake up and eliminate him from yoruba politics.

These are common squabbles in an underdeveloped society yet they are not running to Europe

Compare this with Libya, Morocco where Muslims keep running into the sea to become refugees

There was once Sharia law introduced by an Oba of Ede who had lived in the North for many years before becoming the Timi of Ede

His reign was so horrible that the People of Ede in Osun State swore his descendants would never rule Ede again that was over 150

Years ago and to this day none of his descendants has been allowed to mount the Throne of Ede Town again

That was when Yorubas started using the Proverb β€œWon da Seria fun β€œ which means β€œ He was given the Sharia Punishment β€œ

to describe a very Cruel type of punishment

Lol... very funny but interesting

It's a bit funny how must younger people think It's the Fulani that brought Islam to Yoruba land. Islam has been in Yoruba land since the 12th century through Mali and Senegalese traders. My 7th grandfather according to history is a Muslim. My fifth grandfather went to hajj. Same cannot be said on Christianity introduce in 1886 that was systematically imposed on the through slavery, deceit, oppression, colonization.

sadEven though I'm a born again Christian, there is nothing wrong with Sharia law in the entire South as long as it's not forced on we Christians. Remember there are Muslims in the south who needs Sharia law just like we Christians have the mosaic law. We Christians should be tolerant for peace to reign

Are you in your senses at all? You talk of intolerance as if the non muslims in the north are rejoicing over the sharia they have there. If they are nt and we are not even seeing the collective dividend, why import it or should i say export such archaic way of life that even some others are looking for means to outlaw them? Shatap! South west has over 65% Muslims, it is only right that sharia is provided to cater for their needs. You are an intolerant bigot. Muslims are majority in Yorubaland, and as you know, majority wins the vote.

How did the whole northern emirs become Fulani?
At least Christianity was never forced on anybody by the colonialists. If you have evidence of such, show it. Unfortunately, the Hausas can't say same.

Religion was a trick used to destroy and dethrone the Hausas and Illorin people, our ancestors destroy this fanatics and we here now will do the same.

If you're a Christian, SHARIAH COURT doesn't concern you. Even it's not compulsory on Muslims to take their issues there.

So why are you scared? Why should it concern you cheesy

In Oja oba central mosque (Oshogbo central mosque), there's SHARIAH SITTINGS (Court proceedings) every First/last Thursday of the month.

The appearance on constitution is what we're pushing for now.

SHARIA Court doesn't concern u as a Christian, so rest. WE'RE HAVING IT cheesy
