This issue must be investigated. NUC must step in. The university of Ibadan admission criteria then prescribes a minimum of 5 credits including English and Maths. Your principal failed English language yet got admission

Btw, I am happy to disappoint you. I attended the only University in Nigeria that insists on one sitting of minimum of 6 O level credits. H E Godwin Obasek will never make the admission of my alma mater, University of Lagos ( UNILAG ) sir.

That is why NUC must now investigate UI. Even JAMB must investigate UI admission process. I won't pre empt NUC and JAMB but this result gaining admission into UI must be investigated.

The case from the tribunal is just as dead as this one. They should not even file any appeal at the supreme Court to avoid been fined.

The law does not stipulate how many subjects you need to pass before you vie for elective post. Secondary school certificate or its equivalent. Oshomhole and Buhari presented equivalent.
