my observation:
Npower has not officially announced that verification has started and has not instructed any one to download any app for thumbprinting. Login hasn't been possible perhaps because they are updating the site for the next stage. login in is unnecessary until verification starts. And no official announcement has been made that verification has commeced.

Don't fall victim of scam, anybody can develop an app to steal people's info.
If you have any official statement from npower regarding verification please share

I tried logging in as I do, daily. But I couldn't. At first the log in was automatic. But I noticed something. The verification section became assessable, but it was blank. So I logged out and couldn't log back in again. See what its been showing. Pls, who else has the same experience?
