TheSuperNerd:
Honestly, your most likely 3 picks are also my three picks.

- Edouard Mendy: 9 Cleansheets in 12 UCL games. 16 EPL Cleansheets. UCL Winner. He is good for the Top 3 and will make the CAF Best XI easily.

- Riyad Mahrez: EPL Champion, Carabao Cup winner, 9 goals + 6 Assists in the EPL contributing to Man City's title win, 4 goals + 2 assists in the UCL leading them to the UCL Final. Mahrez is gonna make this top 3.

- Mohammed Salah: Finishing with 22 goals in the EPL behind Golden Boot winner (Harry Kane) is something. No titles won but his goals in the EPL and UCL plus the fact he has always made the top 3 in the past three APOTY Editions gives him a huge shout. Plus no real challengers for this last spot.

For Outsiders: I would add Sevilla's and Morocco's Youssef En-Nesyri who finished with 18 la liga goals and also bagged 6 goals in the 20/21 UCL (Joint highest scoring African in this season's UCL alongside Salah).

Also, another strong outsider we must remember is Achraf Hakimi who won the Serie A with Inter Milan as a major player. He bagged 7 goals + 8 assists as Right wing back. Wicked numbers that contributed to Inter's league triumph and he could bag a 60million euros move to Paris.

Your other outsider mentions are spot on.
Onuachu, Chukwueze, Iheanacho should get mentions. But I would have Ndidi over Mane in this outsiders list for 20/21.
I felt if we discussing Africans in Serie A, Simy should easily be in any top 2 mention, right?

Moses Simon's Nantes currently tied with Toulouse. Only thing keeping Nantes alive is an away goal.

You are right safari ,and you even arranged them well in order ,mendy should pick this one since Chelsea won the finals

I agree with your other list apart from chukwueze being there ,you are supposed to put hakimi there ,am sure you forgot
Yeah, forgot Hakimi.

Chukwueze is there by virtue of winning the Europa league with Villareal.

Would be something to see a goalie win the APOTY, I won't lie, I dey jealous Senegal on that one, because Enyeama gave blood, sweat and tears to be heavily underrated.

Ndidi didn't even qualify for the Outsiders? shocked
At this point, except your name is Ngolo Kante, it's quite difficult for a DM to receive recognition in the midst of attacking players, hence Ndidi's exclusion.

Onuachu would probably get an outsider shout before Ndidi, just that dem no too rate Belgian league for CAF

Yeah enyeama didn’t manage to play for a top club

You know it’s hard for African GKs in Europe

Enyeama is a better gk than Mendy normally

Na me jealous Senegal pass ,and this mendy is a late bloomer ,Senegal have 4 others Gk ,3 playing at the French league and 1 playing at the championship with qpr

How much ole don spend for Man U , you want make I tell you ? Ole has never won Kpangolo for Man U

All top teams in England aim every season is to secure the epl before thinking of the champions league for your information ,despite the champions league being better

Of Lampard was up there in the table he won’t be sacked Oga ,Lampard was somewhere 6th and Chelsea where not winning that’s why he was sacked

Walai is not easy for a DM to compete with players who are forward

Mikel came 2nd thou ,maybe if ndidi was playing for Chelsea he will surely be top 3
