ASUU is the strongest union in Nigeria. It is structured in such a way that it is almost indestructible regardless of who the president is. It has nothing to do with if he a youruba or not
Tell me that NLC is the weakest union ehhh. We have seen what has become out the great NLC in recent years. The leader matters and will guide how the union performs. Forget i mentioned what ethnic group the past leader is from. Its on record he gave a good fight and left a stronger ASUU.
When the strike first started i thought it will end as usual after intimidation or brown envelope or sell out it will crumble . Quote me. That strike almost failed. Many school were ready to give in.

I think we have to change our manual voting systen.With nin,electronic voting will bring about hassle free and fair elections in Nigeria.This,one can do with his/her nin and voters card no. sent to d code of a desired candidate through SMS from d comfort of ones home without data and with a free SMS.
It will save cost,check underage voting and checkmate election malpractices/multiple voting/ intimidation of voters.
Its high time voting goes digital.

I'm yet to see core northerners participate in any union activities or pageantry.
I guess every tribe has its own strength.
Yorubas control 70% of the media
Igbos control 70% of the economy
Fulanis/Hausas control 70% of the government.

Those that said yoruba are coward occupied ile ife but they ran away when they could not withstand the heat. Ile ife is owned by yorubas today.

So they came to conduct election...

I saw so many ASUU bus from different universities in Unizik on Friday.

ASUU should be innovative... Imagine traveling all the way from Ibadan to Awka...
Or from Bauchi to Awka. We don't have good roads and our roads are not secured.

They should be looking at electronic voting.
