Not same board bro, but good deal to sell saurez but bad deal to sell to league rivals. Good deal in the sense that financially Barca could breath a little as his salary was huge along Messi , pique , buswuest , alba and co. But aguero came for free and huge pay cut bro .

Barca don't have the money again. Pandemic has exposed them. They have a huge debt from years of gross mismanagement so they can't just go all out and sign players like they use to do before. It is similar with Madrid and that is why Madrid hardly sign big names like they used to do. See how long it took them to sign Hazard. I think for about 2 windows prior they didn't sign anyone. This is one of the reasons both clubs were spare heading the creation of the superleague.
