They have been there since. Even have two big barracks close to Owerri. However UGM mowed down five of them on Friday night. So it's a useless army. Bokoharam is using them to do Target practice and they ran down to Imo state to form Rambo with unarmed civilians.Useless army with outdated guns. Army that rag tag bokoharam overrun their barracks and take their tanks and weapons.
