Hello Guru's in the house please help, I just got my GCMS note after applying with all NSE requirements since FEB 17.

The current status of my application is "Review Required".

Is it possible I send further documents via webform to tackle this issues now?

If so: I opened my on law firm September last year, and I have been practicing, the firms account have different transactions in it running into 10s of millions... should I send this information ?

Further to this I am also a director and share holder in another company with has been running since 2017, do I send this also?

I also have a pig farm, with the title documents and ID card from the farmer's association.

Regarding availability of funds: Should funds from the business account be transferred be transferred to my personal account then I send the bank statement I am thinking CAD 10,000.

Please o, Kindly advise me on how to proceed.

Wow this explains the delay! This « review required » stuff just delays application! Gurus pls assist and throw in some light! @lekkiboboe, @ frankrobbin @ anon123

I think they are concerned abt funds, so any information to show good funding will be helpful. Also maybe send in details of study gap... address with them. Hear from the gurus and try to act fast before senior officer review.

It will end in celebration and praise! Almost there !

Did you include the details above stated in your application? The VO's review does not look like you included your law firm and confirmation that you have been practicing or a confirmation of being a director and shareholder in another company. Looks like you concentrated on your sponsor and wrote little about yourself to prove a strong home ties. Your profile looks good except you probably did not include them in your SOP and picked only on your voluntary work experience. Just my observation from the notes. The gurus will attend to you. Goodluck

They are optional. If you don't have them move on with your application. You will come back later to attach them once you have your visa.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 19 by ucystan(f): 3:25am On Jun 01, 2021
Hello,
I also work in a school as assistant coordinator for kids with special needs. I also have 2 kids but don't intend travelling with them. I applied to University of Manitoba to study Masters in Disability studies. Application is open for spring 2022.

Good afternoon. Please can you help me.
I have my masters in Psychology graduated with a Ph.D grade, but I currently work with a school for children with special needs. I am married with two kids, I plan to relocate to Canada with them. I have searched for schools but new application is until September, wish to go for masters in courses related to special education, but with this your post I think going for PhD program will be the best or do you think otherwise.

While my eligibility status also reads review required like yours. My own pre assessment notes was fair. I really don’t know what the review required is for. Even If you choose to study the dealings of this IRCC guys, you will never graduate

Please I would like to have your phone no sir...I am troubled with so many question
Frankrobbn1:

There are some certain schools in Canada that you will struggle to obtain a Canadian study visa if you use their acceptance letter for your visa application. This is most often caused by several factors which include:

A. If the school is located in a remote area in Canada.
B. The cost of the program in the school.

I'll point out a few schools I know that international students specifically from Nigeria struggle to obtain visas to study in Canada;

The names of these institutions are as follows;

1. New Brunswick Community College (NBCC)
2. Novia Scotia Community College (NSCC)
3. College of the North Atlantic (CNA)
4. Saskatchewan Polytechnic (SP)
5. ST. CLAIR COLLEGE
6. Red River College
7. Sheridan College
8. Confederation College and a few others.

It will end in praise

Good morning everyone. God bless you all for the great works you are doing here. I have read a lot here, yet I am confused on which route I should take to Japa
from this country. I want you all to assess my chances before I venture into anything.
I will be 36 in 2 weeks. I am married with 3 kids. I have ND accounting (2004) , Bsc Accounting (2008), Msc Policy Analysis (2016). I have done WES for my Msc. I also work with a federal government agency as an internal auditor for about 10 years now. I have done IELTS and passed 9,9,7.5,7 in R,L,W,S, respectively.

The initial plan is to go through the EE, but I couldn't garner more than 446 points, even with hubby, who is 39years. This endless wait for FSW draw is also discouraging to say the least. Hubby works with a government agency and has 17 years experience.

On the other hand, if I want to go through the study route, I can only do a PGD because my BSc. Grade is 2:2. How do I convince the VO of going for a PGD after obtaining MSc?

For POF, hubby has some money, and he has a friend who is willing to sponsor

If I may add, I have a very rich travel history to the US, UK, France and other countries...

Please gurus, help me. Whats my best chance?

I will need advise please and yes, I am open to any form of it.
God bless

With your profile...try Saskatchewan PNP
