Abeg Which Animal Is This??? by illicit(op): 3:32pm On Jun 01, 2021*

I picked it under a mango tree behind my house when it's mum dropped it from the tree.

I actually thought it was a mango until it started crying...

Mangoes don't cry, I almost ran.

It's in my house now, since Sunday, I kept it in my toilet but it always cry in the morning and evening

I don't even know what it eats but I fed it milk and water, it's a baby

I don't know the name, anyone said they haven't met it before

It looks like a rat but it has a snout and big tail

It has sharp incisors unlike rats that have long front teeths

It's not a shrew, I checked

........... Tot u said u saw the mother? She might be up there trying to get food for her baby(since we don't know their breed and the kinda food they eat)

Looks like a mongoose or anything of that family. Notable for their snake killing prowess. OP should sell it to the Nairalander that is doing security work in a snake-colony.

Imagine a light-skinned lady living in Lagos(possibly near water) that knows and can easily identify every damn snake out there. E remain to understand their language.

I am not a fan of nollywood movies but I have learned one or two things from them.

Bush baby is galago. They have prominent eyeballs, something this animal doesn’t have.
