Sorry why 4months if I may ask? I thought (from what Gurus in the house shared) @Lianna2020 can apply at “most” when she gets to Canada after documentation in school. @fairlytreated shared her experience applying for her kids after getting her visa approved. I guess she’s yet to travel.
Looking forward to getting to this stage (visa approval) and then decide on the next stage. God help us all.

Sorry, I mean when u are already in CA.

Please why is Uncle sponsorship a red flag in an application
It requires more to convince a VO that an extended family is sponsoring you. Your parents could have 10m and spend it all sponsoring you. Now why would an extended family with 10m balance in their account want to spend that much on you when they have their own children?.
If an extended family is truly committed to sponsoring an applicant, then they must show commitment by paying tuition fee, transferring of living expenses to the applicant will go a long way. GIC arrangement is useful in such situation.
So you see, anybody can sponsor you, it just requires more convincing parents and siblings would require.

Hi guys. The application portal for my program will open on the 1st of September and I intend to apply in September (although the deadline for the program is 1st of February 2022)
Now the thing is that, instead of writing the IELTS, I can get a letter from my school stating that the mode of instruction was in English. When do you think is the best time to get this letter? My original plan was to get it sometime in August but now I’m considering emailing my school so I could get it this month. (I’m just confused sad)
Currently I’m preparing to write the GRE in August.

It would have been best if you waited for a decision on your visa. You can apply elsewhere without withdrawing your application.

Right now the school is right because you don't have a refusal letter. Though this is quite annoying, try to read their policy again and demonstrate with evidence that you consistently tried to reach them without response.

Maybe you can build the case using your first refusal then there might be a way to get your money back but you may need to involve a lawyer and maybe ircc sef

Kus sometimes these schools need to see crazy

Olafunds200:

If I didn’t withdraw, what else was I waiting for? did you read where I requested for deferment and I didn’t get any response from them instead they send half payment.
After then time has gone, no more admission, if I was granted the visa which admission letter will I submit..
Hope you get where the problem is now?

I requested for that, they sent money immediately.
That’s where I lost interest... and I had waited too long...
Was just living on no plans for how long.
Other plans came in along the line.
I just had to quit.

How did they send money? Back to the account that paid them without your consent?

Good morning everyone. God bless you all for the great works you are doing here. I have read a lot here, yet I am confused on which route I should take to Japa
from this country. I want you all to assess my chances before I venture into anything.
I will be 36 in 2 weeks. I am married with 3 kids. I have ND accounting (2004) , Bsc Accounting (2008), Msc Policy Analysis (2016). I have done WES for my Msc. I also work with a federal government agency as an internal auditor for about 10 years now. I have done IELTS and passed 9,9,7.5,7 in R,L,W,S, respectively.

The initial plan is to go through the EE, but I couldn't garner more than 446 points, even with hubby, who is 39years. This endless wait for FSW draw is also discouraging to say the least. Hubby works with a government agency and has 17 years experience.

On the other hand, if I want to go through the study route, I can only do a PGD because my BSc. Grade is 2:2. How do I convince the VO of going for a PGD after obtaining MSc?

For POF, hubby has some money, and he has a friend who is willing to sponsor

If I may add, I have a very rich travel history to the US, UK, France and other countries...

Please gurus, help me. Whats my best chance?

I will need advise please and yes, I am open to any form of it.
God bless
I have not opened an EE profile yet. I just want to be sure of the best way to follow. Also, which reputable colleges can I apply to for PGD in Accounting? Help a sister pls

Please send them a webform with evidence that you have started class. Send them the enrollment letter/registration of your courses. Send your course outlines, screenshot of the virtual class.... any other evidence to show that you’ve started class, so they should respond to you on time.

Wishing you all the best.

Hello my people, I applied on March 17th with all NSE requirements and also did Upfront Medicals. They requested for my IELTs Result and I replied them immediately likewise my Medical status is Passed. I started class since last month but awaiting IRCC Decision.
Should I;
a. Raise a webform to inform them that I have started class (Fill form or send a mail).
b. Seek to know the status of my application (hope is not too early).
c. What else do you think I should do?

Thank you so much Olasubomy for a detailed response. I will follow up with the school. This Sheridan college though! Smh! Clearly an error!

You are most welcome and I wish you a favourable outcome and you don't need to follow up with your school on that; it is beyond your purview. Your school would do the needful.

Don't underestimate the God factor; put it all in prayer.

It will end in praise.

The school is not right. The fact that the school refused to defer her admission, changes everything. There's no need to get a lawyer at the moment. The involvement of a lawyer should be the last resort. We talk some sense into their head first. They have a reputation to protect. @Olafunds200 chat me up.
