i did a vin check on it b4 he paid and the duty was fully paid. Am not a novice when it comes to cars.

oga am into importations so i know when a duty is fully paid. Secondly i ply the eastern route very well and if u know the route, u will know u have 3 custom check points before river niger bridge and 1 btw onitsha and owerri.
