Hello, I'm still here and they are using text message to enter and they are also using the first letter of your surname for collection, ie ID your surname starts with letter A or O you are to come on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. My passport was issued to me in 2017 but I haven't used a single page and it will expire January 2022(five years validity). So, I want to know if I need to submit the passport for quick renewal or I will process like fresh applicant ?
