I just got an offer from Hull. However, they don't accept NECO or English Proficiency Letter. I am thinking of writing either IELTS and TOEFL but my worry is meeting the September deadline. I still have to do POF, TB test etc. Is anyone in this situation? I'd like to rub minds

If truly you're planning to pursue a career in project management/product management (I.T), I would advise you to go for a project management certified MSc course instead of going for an MBA. Getting MSc in project management certified degree and getting your certification whilst in school or immediately after school would put you ahead of someone with an MBA degree when job hunting as a project manager. Imagine yourself as H.R personal and you have two candidates and they both have PRINCE 2 certification and one has an MBA and the other has a certified master degree in project management, who are you offering the project manager job?

However, when considering MSc in project management make sure you check thoroughly if the degree is either certified by PMP or PRINCE 2 before you commit yourself. It's very important. Selah...

I have started my application to the University of Hull. Tuition is 9k, the deposit fee is 2k. I can afford to pay the deposit fee, other accompanying expenses and show the required POF for a visa but I can't afford the outstanding tuition. My friend advised me to come over first and then take on extra jobs to pay off outstanding tuition, though it might require working beyond the allowed work hours for students, this was what she did.

Thought to seek a public opinion before venturing into this. Thank you in advance for all the advice.

I know so many Nigerians who attend ARU , it’s also a TEF silver university. Still can’t be compared to TEF gold universities . Why not just apply for East Anglia or Essex since they are around the same environment plus cost of living in Norwich is very affordable . With East Anglia , you even get a 4k scholarship as a Nigerian .

Instead of student without visa , use government sponsor , you can always change that at the venue.

Not yet. But I've gotten an unconditional offer from them. I currently have some Pre-CAS documents to fill, after which a CAS will be sent to me. You can follow "Koladebisi" on Instagram - He's the university's representative for Sub-sahara Africa, and he's been helping with my own admission.

Make use of Stanbic IBTC - then do a follow up with the Lagos branch via email and social media, preferably twitter. You should get deducted within 24 hours.
