So I finally logged in to my Npower account successfully after try for weeks and as God may have it I got shortlisted
I went to the cyber Cafe for the verification and the guy said he can't access the site... Pls does anyone has an idea as to wether one can do the verification using his/her phone?

The reason you couldn't do it before, maybe as a result of bad connection try again in a different cyber cafe.
