You negotiate with him. He wasn't aware of the npower biometric enrollment and didn't know how much to charge, he installed it after I got there.

Make sure the first line that separates your thumbs and index enters the scanner surface area
Asin that blood line, on ur thumb its two lines, so the first blood line from up
Get the point?

Please after I have successfully submitted my biometric capturing I proceeded to edit my profile because certain information I filled were missing, but I have been unable to update the profile. Has anyone successfully edit their profile after biometric capturing?

The cyber cafe I successfully did my biometrics capturing in Aba updated their Nassims enrollment app, so it was faster and it required just your NPower ID(no password) to log in.

Just my right and left thumbs and index fingers were captured as per the instructions on the app (ONLY RIGHT AND LEFT THUMBS AND INDEX FINGERS).

For those in Aba that are yet to capture their biometrics, kindly contact me on zero eight zero six seven nine five eight eight seven five.

Except it is 4500 inside the 5100 casing, i heard abt this from alaba
