I don't see an issue with it because they know what they're doing. He wants a younger woman, and she wants to be pampered. If there's no deception or abuse, it's fine.

Some women genuinely like much older men because their lifestyles and expectations match. It's not common, but it happens. Some women just go where they're happy. I wonder how many more would do it if people weren't so judgmental. There's a fair amount of very conservative women who want older men, but don't want to deal with judgment.

That said, these older gentleman need to recognize that if they can't keep her happy in certain ways, they need to let her have affairs.
