People who u are referring to such as some leaders have money to take care of their health which leads to longevity, they can always assess the best quality medical care. They have the means to feed well.

Living long doesn't always mean a good thing, the same way a short life span isnt always a bad thing, what is important is us fulfilling what we came on earth to do.

Wicked people living long could be a punishment for them to either repent or suffer the consequences of their deeds (sickness, regrets) Also, good people could be allowed to die early for God to either protect them from corruption or call them home.

All in all, it's the Will of God that is paramount an death is not always a bad thing.

BTW I don't expect everyone to agree with me.
