Definitely a possibility, in which case we should sympathize with him (cause of the illness) and work hard to expose the people ruling on his behalf.

However, if Buhari is okay mentally and physically, but still hasn’t done live media in years, then that would be pure wickedness.

President Buhari never said gbim about mentioning his cabinet until he went to France for a meeting with Macron!
It was not the howling on newspaper or internet that forced his hand!
President Buhari never made a comment about security until he went to London and UN meeting .
The internet noise does not move him.he delegates that to garba,Lai,and the other dudes to make comments.
The only way you can get Buhari to comment is for him to fly and land in either London,France or the us before he will give a press interview or you somehow literally looked for his trouble
