Yes, i am sure you have never in your life own anything.

If someone takes just 0.0005% of your billions, you will be very very angry. Talkless of 1%. If everyone keeps taking your 0.0005% of your money, soon you will be broke.

In addition to that, Twitter should tender an unreserved apology to the president with a promise to always delete tweets that compromise the sovereignity and territorial integrity of Nigeria.

The hunch-back, ashewo-fuckin', demented, IPOBic albino based in the U.K should also be permanently banned from Twitter.

Without doing the aforementioned, the ban remains.

Uarian take it easy now. People are using twitter to sell and buy and also to brand their businesses and follow international brands. One illiterate who thinks twitter is just for chit chat cant just ban twitter cos they hurt his feelings. What does a professional cattle herdsman know about twitter?

He talks like an idiot, that's why he was banned. He cant shut down twitter because of his personal aggressiveness and tribal genocidal tendencies.

I’m even seeing this twitter banned as a fight against southerners. Because there is a wider margin between south and north when it’s comes to the use of twitter and social media generally.

That’s why their northern youths are not so bothered about it

Google is worth $340 billion. What is $190m.

And Nigeria is not France. There is free speech in France.

Black man - reason properly.

cool
If you could reason properly you would not introduce the "black man" comment

Clearly you have a complex

Free speech is relative thing

France has a "Holocaust " denial law but criticizes those with blasphemy laws. Is that not hypocrisy
In many of these countries including Twitter religious opinions on homosexuality are blocked in the name of "hate speech"

We need to learn how to debate issues without taking sides personally

There is no contradiction. I support the ban on Twitter but I do not support Buhari's government
Buhari will not be there for ever

Twitter must show itself as subordinate to our laws

That means it it has any issue it should go TO A NIGERIAN COURT
Now if Twitter is not registered as a business in Nigeria it cannot do that so this is a smart trade move opening up the space for Nigerian companies

They want to put twitter inside their babariga like they put Facebook. Power really intoxicates.. and when fools drink, they begin to feel they own the world.

By their comments, you shall know them. I mean the enemy within.

Mark them which cause hardship, bondage and treachery in this country. They have nothing to say on insecurity, unemployment, worsening life expectancy in Nigeria.

They are just after their belly, they are devil in human skin.

In your dreams dvmbass. Twitter will issue no such apology and in fact, Nigeria has seen a sharp increase in Twitter usage after the ban. I suppose they should be thanking cowharri for sending so much business their way.

We don't have responsible leaders in this part the world. If you want the world to respect you, a leader must respect his country and people.

Buhari has no regards for anyone...that's why he feels too big to address the country and flout its laws. If you are violating the same laws that brought you into power, I don't know why anyone should take you seriously.

Lastly, everyone knows that Buhari has nothing in his brain. That's why Trump called him a lifeless man

Twitter will be just fine without Nigeria. It is banned in the most populous nation on earth (China) and it’s still going strong. Ultimately Nigeria is the biggest loser. Your government has just proven it has zero regard for free speech and is essentially an authoritarian regime in disguise. Good luck drawing the needed foreign investment with these types of rash policies.

But how can a few people just decide whether we should be on Twitter or not?

How is that even possible?

Just because of one man's careless tweet?

This is quite horrendous, I must say.
