1. The width of the isolated pad footing were 1200 x 1200mm

Building A3 and A4

Foundation Type: Pier and Beam

1. There were 16 isolated pad base footings of 1300 x 1500mm and 1 combined base footing.

Why the mix of foundation?

Why dont u combine the pad part with strip footing for wall do u intend to keep something under the basement..

How good is the soil around there compare to Abeokuta.

More like it. Crawlspace to use as dog kennel or bonus space for junks/unused items.
