This follows the ban on Twitter by the government.
Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed says there has been no communication between Twitter and the Nigerian Government and at no time did the Federal Government give conditions for the lifting of the ban.
He also adds that all social media platforms must undergo a registration process, which must detail their terms of operation in Nigeria before being allowed to do business in Nigeria.

If America put your country's tech on entity list all their companies will be automatically forced to boycott your product. China was able to get away with it because they are the biggest and most advanced markets on earth plus they hosted their alternatives locally. If Google and Apple refuse to accept your app in their platform just like Gab and Parler, which other OS are you going to use them on? Windows is owned by American too.
