Lelelalalele:
1. Igbo: Igbo, also called Ibo, people living chiefly in southeastern Nigeria who speak Igbo, a language of the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo language family. The Igbo may be grouped into the following main cultural divisions: northern, southern, western, eastern or Cross River, and northeastern. Before European colonization, the Igbo were not united as a single people but lived in autonomous local communities. By the mid-20th century, however, a sense of ethnic identity was strongly developed, and the Igbo-dominated Eastern region of Nigeria tried to unilaterally secede from Nigeria in 1967 as the independent nation of Biafra. By the turn of the 21st century, the Igbo numbered some 20 million.

2. Igala: Igala, also spelled Igara, a largely Muslim people of Nigeria, living on the left bank of the Niger River below its junction with the Benue River. Their language belongs to the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo family. Their ruler, the ata, traditionally also governed two other groups, the Bassa Nge and the Bass Nkome, who live between the Igala and the Benue River.

Traditional Igala society was politically organized as a kingdom. Kings were divine and were surrounded by numerous taboos; they held elaborate courts attended by a host of officials and servants, many of them slaves and eunuchs. All divine kingdoms in Africa had customs that acted as checks on the power of the king. This included a custom in which the queen mother could chastise the king; she was the only individual who was able to do so under the taboo system.

The Igala have been primarily an agricultural people, growing a wide range of crops typical of the area, including yams, taro, pumpkins, squash, corn (maize), manioc, and peanuts (groundnuts). Palm oil and kernels have become significant as cash crops.

3. Fulani: Fulani, also called Peul or Fulbe, a primarily Muslim people scattered throughout many parts of West Africa, from Lake Chad, in the east, to the Atlantic coast. They are concentrated principally in Nigeria, Mali, Guinea, Cameroon, Senegal, and Niger. The Fulani language, known as Fula, is classified within the Atlantic branch of the Niger-Congo language family.

4. Kanuri: Kanuri, African people, the dominant element of the population of Bornu state in northeastern Nigeria and also found in large numbers in southeastern Niger. The Kanuri language is classified as belonging to the Saharan branch of the Nilo-Saharan family.

5. Bini: Edo, also called Bini, people of southern Nigeria who speak a language of the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo language family. The Edo numbered about 3.8 million at the turn of the 21st century. Their territory is west of the Niger River and extends from hilly country in the north to swamps in the Niger Delta. Edo is also the vernacular name for Benin City, the centre of the Benin kingdom, which flourished from the 14th to the 17th century.

You are deceiving yourself, Lagos was capital of Nigeria for more than 70 years, all those places you mentioned did not held as capital for more than 2 years. That is when the British was conquering territories before settling in Lagos. Read your history man.

Before Yorubas faced Lagos to develop it the way it is now,Yorubas have already developed Ibadan and it was the most developed part in Nigeria then.Till date even with its old part,Ibadan is more developed than the entire Igboland.

The bravest tribe in Nigeria are the Yoruba people.
The most cowardly tribe in Nigeria are the Igbos followed by the shivering come-in-the night cowardly marauders caled
Talk is always cheap but to prove the cowardice of Yorubas is very hard because they are born considerate warriors.

Only not up to 200 Yoruba soldiers defeated battalons of loud mouthed, shivering cowardly biafran army at Ore.

Ibadans who are just a 'sub' of Yoruba defeated very large army of hausa and fulanis in the Jalumi war.

Egba, another Yoruba group defeated the mighty Fon who have never tasted defeat before in all their conquests in Africa.

Yoruba brave soldiers were the cynosures of every eyes in the Nigeria civil war because of their exploits.People like Benjamin Adekunle,Gbadamosi King,Alani Akinrinade etc.

The only cowards that run from any battle at all are the Igbos and their warlords. They have names examples are coward Ojukwu who dressed like a prostitute to flee to Ivory Coast.Another is Coward Nnamdi Kanu who is hiding in a stuffy room somewhere in the UK.

What pains most Igbos is that Banjo,a brave Yorubaman, was chosen by the Coward Ojukwu to lead Cowardly Biafrans in the only real war they have fought in their entirely cowardly lives.

Igbos were taken like goats as slaves by the small Ijaw groups.

Igbos were colonised by small Igala group.

What cowardice from a cowardly Igbo tribe.

Afonja sold out because Oba Aole, the Alaafin of Oyo wanted to kill him.Fulanis have always been two- faced people. They killed him and as he was the leader, they took over leadership and called themselves emir...lol.
Very shortly, the emir will run back to sokoto..

"Excuses is the language of the weak/Coward"
If you are brave you should be challenging the Fulani for Ilorin like Palestinians are doing to Israel or like Ndigbo are doing to Nigeria.
Ndigbo lost the Biafran war but are still challenging Nigeria and her western godfathers to recognise their sovereignity by force

You see how naughty you sound?
Ilorin truly is the capital of Kwara but we have lots of Obas in Kwara who control their constituencies traditionally just like the Emir controls Ilorin traditionally but the truth is that all the kings have no power except maybe settling skirmishes amongst people who like to take their problems to them.
The real power lies with the Governor and he is Yoruba.Yorubas control Kwara as a whole even as fulani cowards pray that the Yorubas dont rebel one day and kill the Emir....lol.
Religion was the main factor that enabled the Fulanis to rule for so long in Ilorin with the help of the Northern FG.
After the very first emir...Abdu Salaam....died,the second emir was killed by the Yorubas when they later found out that their religious leader had actually cunningly turned himself to emir....lol.
The third emir supported by the whites...they have always supported them over the Southerners....was chased to Sokoto. You can as well read the history of the Yorubas.
When Obasanjo came to power, the Yorubas were happy, thinking that he is a Yoruba man and will do justice. They promised and indeed wanted to install an Oba too in Ilorin but Obasanjo thwarted this and killed some of the OPC people that ventured to do this using the army. The OPC were not expecting this.
The rulership tussle was taken as far as the supreme court.Maybe the judgement will come out tomorrow ...lol

As much as the emir is a figure head, it is a slap on the Yorubas who own Ilorin.
Some Yorubas who have Fulani blood....they are in thousands now will partly support the status quo but be rest assured that the emirate in Ilorin is gone totally very soon.
The emir will run to Sokoto if he is lucky....lol

Igbos have never won any war in their entire history. They were defeated and enslave by their delta neighbors and restricted upland and landlocked. Igbos never built any Empire, never built a single great city. Now tell me again how are Igbos number one? They beat chest sotey them go die of collective heart failure.

1.) Unlike yorubas, Igbos were not conquered by menstruating lady fighters from Dahomey.

2.) Most improtantly, Igbo do not have any symbol of slavery like the yorubas do with the fulani Emirate in illorin, yorubaland.

The list is factual.

Yorubas are registered cowards, from an edo man...

The igbos never had explicit historical past but they have now made modern day history of their braveness

Inside a country another country is know as biafra deserves an applaud

Yorubas have been historically cowards binis ransacked their lands for slaves, fulani sacked their empire and they only found bravery in waring themselves

Yorubas can never be a brave tribe, religion differences would always pull them back
Benin ransack were for slaves?

Nupes sold Yoruba's and igalas as slaves
Igalas sold Yoruba's and Nupes as slaves

Hausa's sold Yoruba's and nupes as slaves
Yoruba's sold Hausa's and nupes as slaves

Binis sold ijaws and Igbo's as slaves
Igbo's sold ijaws and binis as slaves

Efiks and ibiibio sold Igbos as slaves
Igbos sold Efiks and ibibios as slaves

So every tribe sold one another as slaves.Every tribe was a victim of slavery depending on the tribe of slave traders they come across.

So this slavery of a tin those days was not all about wars sometimes it was about been at the wrong place at the wrong time.If u are unfortunate u fall into the hands of slave raiders whom where like kidnappers those days.

Slave raiders were good at raiding stray children playing, farmers in there farm, travelers and small unsuspecting communities. So slavery is not all about colonization or war.

What? This is simply false.

How could the ibibios have enslaved igbos if they where under aro republic before colonization?
The aros conquered the ibibios and used them as access to the sea in order for the aros to trade with the white man
The aros sold all tribes at the bight of biafra (ijaws, ibibios, ogonis, etc)

The reason ou are saying this is because your forefathers have deceived you. The aros captured igbo (criminals) as slaves in the hinterland and transported them to the ibibios so they could sell them to the white man.

Also please can you explain the large number of ethnic ibibios who where taken during the slave trade.
