Had he the opportunity to come back( which was halted because of his lackadaisical attitude in taming corruption in his government) he would have completed many. Both the lagos ibadan rail and road were GEJ's projects. Kudos to buhari for completing it. It was even obasanjo who initiated it before yaradua took it up and get continued. Now buhari completed it.
