What if lump sum is consistent due to the nature of one's business and there steady outflow too as per that is used to clear bills
SweetJJ:
Biko I am not a guru but I will answer you to the best of my knowledge based on what I have read here.

They always advice that the primary applicant apply first and once it is approved, the rest of the family can then apply.

But to answer you,

1) I guess he can do his biometrics in China while you do here.

2) lump sum is always always frowned at especially if it is not consistent. Or send the lump sum and really really explain it in the shop. How about she send it in bits?

3) Medical is for everyone not only the primary applicant. So in this case if y'all decide to apply together and submit upfront medical, it won't be bad to do it together.

I hope you understand the qualifier you used here 'most' . Meanwhile I would say it's mostly February and March that are getting response now. If you are April applicant you are among the very few that I have seen on this thread unless the 'Most' April Applicants that got response didn't post here.

Good evening all and congrats to everyone who got their PPR. I have been a silent member since last year, applied march 5th and got a refusal on June 8th for
1. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. **
2 • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I submitted my personal land documents and two properties jointly owned by my husband and I.my husband also submitted his personal land documents, payslip and pension acct.
r
I ordered for Gcnotes mid may and got it today. had no negative review,so am confused on why the rejection.
note that I submitted my app with IeLtS of 7.0 and upfront medical, though they later requested for IeLTS on the 25th march, which I submitted same day. attached is the notes. gurus pls help a sister @Lekiboboe all the gurus

What was written under "Eligibility" in the GCMS notes?

Also, did you get less than 6.0 in any section of the IELTS test? ...Because I can see they indicated that you do not meet the NSE requirements, even though you submitted mybankstatements.

it's extremely difficult convincing the VO cos of your age and other factors. A post graduate diploma would have been better. Let's hear from the gurus.
