its the same area, it's was mapped out by previous administrations to build a classy city, under Obi he named it Greenwood, then he was looking for developing parter to develop the city non until his tenure ended, it was under Obiano that the city project was renamed and construction commenced with developing parter MP infastructure, and they're working 247 to deliver, I'm 100% certain by the time his tenure will end the access roads inside the city will be completed, I due vist the cite once in every week, its not far from my house, the new proposed government house is not far from the area
