Why suffering your self . Just practice simple oral hygiene . Wash day n night and rinse your mouth after eating anything Used good tooth paste. I use oral pro health though is expensive but it have save me from years of pains and unnecessary money

These are preventive maintenance. When you already have a damage tooth, extraction is the way out

I have a hole in my teeth because the day I was eating beans i crushed my teeth with a stone . it was so annoying ,but after eating I will check that hole and remove any food particle left in there. no tooth ache at all easy as ABC.

I started feeling tooth pain some days back and I decided to patronize road side herbal doctor!
Big mistake of my life. The man gave a black polythene bag and he said for saliva, next he brought out toothpicks and started jabbing the bad millard and the surrounding gums.
Before I knew it, I was bleeding from the mouth.
Then the terrible one
He proceeded to rub one kind liquid on a q tip cotton bud, the moment that thing touch my gum! I saw hell, heaven, havana, wahala and valhalla in the same second.
It was acid the bastard used to terminate the stuff eating my tooth.
Since then, (Tuesday) I been nursing myself back to recover from the acid burns, but the tooth ache has also gone.
I paid him 700, no tooth removal kankan

Am okay now, i carried a decayed tooth for close to 7yrs, and didn't affect others, why now?

Two of Molars were removed at the interval of 90days that was around 2013. The only way and best way to cure toothache is to remove the decaying tooth/teeth

Present early.
I believe the pain you experienced on that tooth tbat caused it to be removed must have been happening for at least a year before it got worse.
The earlier you present the better the outcome. Maybe you could have done a filling then instead of losing the tooth now.

Cut down on your refined sugar intake. Soft drinks chocolate sweet chewing gum . If you must take them, do that during meal times.

Brush twice a day. Morning and night. The nightly brushing should be immediately before going to bed.

Dont use hard brush. Wisdom toothbrush is a no no.

Visit a dentist twice a year. Every six months.
If youre examined twice a year, this kind of thing will be caught early for prompt treatment that wouldnt result in you losing your tooth.

Don’t dare remove any tooth because you will remove more I can promise you that. Most of our Nigerian dentist are wack and only good a removing someone’s tooth without treating the underlying cause.
Please seek traditional help and you will be 100% fine. I am talking from experience. If you are in Lagos, I can get you a sure contact for any tooth problem. It may cost more but it’s safer and better. Don’t remove anything o. My ten cent

I have same issue but dont want to remove it cus of the pain.
