Good afternoon House, I want to apply for study permit using my elder brother as my sponsor. He is 45years and 1am 40years. I have a BSc in Accounting (3.70/5) with over 8years banking experience. I was offered admission in Financial Planning (PGD)for Jan 2022. I was shocked when someone told me that it will be difficult to get a study permit if I use my brother to serve as my sponsor. My elder brother is a business man. Please I will appreciate if I can be properly guided so I would be sure I'm in the right direction both for the course and sponsorship. Thank you. |

Hello, please what are the details I should include in my sop. Should I also state all my family ties and assets in the sop. Please can someone help me to review the sop I used in my first application to check for red flags. Thank you. |

You are matured applicant, Which means you should be able to show some level of financial capability. Having a sponsor is good but think about your sponsor other financial obligations . ossysam1: |

MhaameAhenkan:Hello MhaameAhenkan, If the letter doesn't state an elapsing validity period or is restricted to one intake, there is no need to send an updated letter. The webform is used to advise IRCC on any newly available information which is also applicable in your case. Accra should be the visa office responsible for your country. Heads up! A government scholarship without a formal agreement between both governments is not a strong POF especially if the scholarship is issued by a ministry or department. This is not to say otherwise, but to help you assess the situation. Since you have already submitted, you do not need to necessarily answer these questions, they are rhetoric. Is there an education scholarship agreement between your government and the GoC?! How was this scholarship granted, was it from a ministry, and was it liquidated?! What evidence was provided to support the scholarship and has there been such a scholarship arrangement between both governments in the past before this time?! If you are a mature applicant, did you include your employment evidence and personal BS?! There are cons associated with using any government scholarship if it was not officially recognized and accented by the central. Keep the house update on the outcome of your application. Best of Luck |

Gilb231:Hello Gilb231, You don't need to include your Neco or WAEC certificate. Your B.sc certificate is enough. Hope you are aware that your prospect DLI does not offer a Post-Graduation Work Permit Program? Ensure to consider your options meticulously before making any payment. Best of Luck |

kelvine95:Congratulations bro. You must be really elated. It should not be a problem resuming in September as long as you have your enrollment letter as proof you are registered for the semester. September is a good time to come to Canada as the provinces plan to ease restrictions. All the very best. |

Hello guys, Please I'm new here and I need your help cos I have no experience as regards Canadian travel processing. So I got the handle of some guys on IG that promised to help with undergraduate program in University of Manitoba, no IELTS required cos weac will be used, it's going to be a work/study permit, and tuition will be paid over there, admission process within a month and visa within 3 months.. even though they promised payment after service, I still have reservations cos payment will be in two tiers, you pay for the admission fees as Soon as they're able to show you the admission letter and for Visa when going for the biometrics, I have like four of them... Will post their handles here... Please are they legit or scammers.. as much I love to travel to Canada, I don't want to be scammed. @litestudyandtravels @travelxpressng_ @avinstravels @travelonago Thank you guys |

fav2deep:Hello Fav2deep, A parent or a close family member sponsorship is indeed ideal and easily justifiable, but it doesn't also mean that using a third-party sponsorship will ruin the application chances. Though it may reduce it. In your case, =N=12m is sufficient enough for you to act as a self-sponsored if the sitting funds can be historically traced without recent lump sums. If you still decide to use your uncle as a co-sponsor, ensure that you demonstrate adequate proof of relationship to him. It is when a genuine relationship cannot be established that it becomes an issue. Best of Luck |
