You advertise I guess. Though, being a skill you mean, hire you, right? As in, employ you for your skill? Though I kind of sort of wonder why you'd need 3000 bosses, unless your skill is a sort of service.

That said. Your skill is definitely nothing to do with advertising or selling, so perhaps find a way to add those to compliment the skill you already have especially since you want to sell to people.

How would 3000 people be interested in a skill you've told no one anything about?

Don't you think you should inform people of your skill first so they can decide if they are at all interested in you teaching your skill to them?
