I don't agree with you Prof on this one. Lagos alone can not make Nigeria better.

All state head has to come together into dialogue and deliberate on issues affecting this country, then profer lasting solutions.

Plus the Citizens has to be involved otherwise Nigeria will remain in its same condition.
