The above comment was a reaction to my post on another thread yesterday. I ignored it initially because of the obvious ignorance of the poster but I was surprised this morning to see many people repeating this same ignorant nonsense all over the thread.

I opened this thread simply to correct this very ignorant impression. Pius Akinyelure retired as the Director of Finance of Mobil unlimited and he’s currently a board member of NNPC. Hopefully, this should cure the ignorance of some of the empty noisemakers here.

It won't. Those guys only believe what they want to believe. But anyway, this posts has enlightened some neutral people like me though.

Tinubu joined politics and went all over Southwest Nigeria asking for political restructuring of Nigeria.

But he later joined northern groups who refuse political restructuring in a political alliance.
All because of Tinubu’s personal interest, not the interest of his Yoruba or the entire southern regions of Nigeria held in bondage in Nigeria through the skewed and lopsided political structure created by northern military dictators.
