We sabi find justification. The question is why not complete it at least for now and sue FG to fulfill its part?
You don't expect him to stop working on another project, just because one project is yet to finish.

If other states can show off 1/4 of Lagos, then we're good to go.

No person should come here and quote me Lagos generates more than 10, 20... states put together.

Only a full will believe these our thieving governors when they say there's no money.

Would you rather have 10 uncompleted projects or 3 completed projects?

Why are you say dreaming about Yoruba nation? Looooool. Things may even go worse for you lots in Yoruba nation. I don’t want to type too much but as a student of history, let me give you one free knowledge: almost every time that people hope and yearn for change through revolution or independence, they always meet the shocker of their lives. They’re infinite examples to draw from but the 2015 election is the most recent. People thought APC was the best thing to ever happen to Nigeria after slice bread. See where we are now?

Same thing applies to Libya and South Sudan...FYI, do you know South Sudan has oil?

*[THE FUTURE]* Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu today commissioned The Yaba Bus Terminal. The Yaba Bus terminal will complement the ONGOING Lagos Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) RED LINE rail infrastructure.

The ONGOING Yaba Train Station which would be integrated with this Yaba Bus terminal to make Yaba a major transport interchange.

The Murtala Muhammed Way, which will be the take-off point for the overpass bridge over the rail lines to take traffic into Ojuelegba Road.

Can we finish one project before jumping in the next? The blue line has been under construction for over 12 years without a completion date in sight.

Most of you on nairaland are just children who have no idea how government works. So you expect every other project to wait because of the other

grin grin

Just for information purposes, Ambode started work on this project to about 70% and Sanwo-Olu here completes it. It's great to see present government complete previous admistration's project.

Please other states in Nigeria, kindly copy something meaningful naaa..... Think well about what will benefit your people by connecting with the people naaa.... Don't just stay in your glass houses and think you know what they need, then you now go and bring Domino Pizza and supermarket for dem as infrastructural development naaa

Even ordinary bus terminals in Lagos look better and classy than the dull and ugly warehouse they call the airport terminal..

I shake my head every time I see them post and celebrate that ugly warehouse they call airport terminal.

Speak for yourself because we see things differently, the fact that you hate Nigeria for obvious reasons doesn't mean the rest of Nigeria is in the same hate Nigeria and anti-Nigerian mentality boat with you. You, people, hate anything and everything naturally so what's new?

Lagos is on another level. It should be given a special status to help it reach full potential.

Ministry of Lagos State should be created to cater for the needs of this state.

I know a lot of people will argue with me because of hate and jealousy but you can't stop who God has chosen to bless. You can get envious but it will change nothing

Children full this nairaland now talking carelessly. You guys are asking for what you aren't ready for. You want to build a cosmopolitan city but on the other hand, you still doing iyaloja in 2021,still threatening to steal peoples businesses and houses should something go wrong, still wearing your tribalism like a hat. If Lagos can do all this stuff without seceding from Nigeria, why can't OnItsha?

Why can't Aba?

Or do people in Lagos have two heads or what?

Instead of disturbing our peace, these Igbo secessionists should make their state governments account for their stewardship the way they do in Lagos.

In Lagos you DARE NOT be an underperforming governor.

Who born you to underperform?

They will find a way to kick you out even before your term is done.

If you really examine these Lagos projects, you'll see they are not even that costly or capital-intensive.

It's just application of common sense and wisdom to build and provide things that will benefit the population.

Meanwhile go to Onitsha. They still build new roads with open gutters and no sidewalks.

What? You need to be a separate country called Biafra before you can have sense?

Before you can use your sense?

I guess it's Buhari and Fulani people that told you to be Dundee United.

This your post is too heavy this morning abeg

Off your mic honorable
