Low IQ dumbo.

Who is arguing that there is no gas in the East?

I said the East has only 2% of Nigeria's OIL deposits, and you go and post a picture of gas reserves.

Are you even aware there is a difference between crude oil and gas?

How will you know when you follow school dropouts in IPOB and thugs like Kanu?

1) This is a known fact since the 2000s that Nigeria is not an oil country but a gas country because of its gas abundance. Most of those gas on the inland lies in the south east geopolitical zone.

2) Nigerian government has always known this but they kept it secret until insiders started revealing the truth.

3)Nigerian government plans on the table is to exploit the south east gas to the fullest and export it to:
A) North and south west
B) other west African countries
C) Europe

4) to my fellow igbos this is going to be our biggest challenge.
A) stay in Nigeria and allow our gas to be used to develop other parts of Nigeria
B) have our own country and use our resources by ourselves with 100% control.

Empty-headed dunce, I was even generous with the 2% oil of the East.

More like 1.6%

The nine top oil producing states in Nigeria are:

Akwa Ibom- the largest oil producer with 31.4% (504,000 BPD)

Delta – 21.56% (346,000 BPD)

Rivers – 21.43% (344,000 BPD)

Greedy and very toxic set people. Just knw that south south is never joining you guys. All these fake love from MNK should end immediately. Igbos should move the hell out if they want.
You can build you stuffs with billions, tap the gazes and sell in the already competitive international market, no one cares.

Don't mind the illiterates.

By the time they turn to Dot Republic and a contractor quotes them 50 billion dollars to develop gas infrastructure ready for competitive export, they will get sense.

You are a DUNCE and an air head.

If you stupidly secede into your landlocked dot:

A) You will be stranded with that gas, because as any energy expert will tell you, gas is useless without the requisite billions of dollars and years it takes to build the infrastructure to extract, purify, and evacuate/transport the gas to your customers at the cheapest rates in a highly competitive international market.

B) So you will DEPEND HEAVILY on Nigeria to allow you evacuate that gas, and Nigeria WILL demand steep conditions of gas sharing.

C) You also will have to find the billions of dollars to develop the gas infrastructure over 5 years minimum to export it.

So this is nowhere near as straightforward as you think.

Allow me to bust your bubble.

When Biafra finally leaves your sick contraption, I guarantee you the rest of southern Nigeria will detach from your north. That leaves your Nigeria with no commercially extractable hydrocarbon deposits whatsoever. None.

Nigeria will crawl to Biafra and other southern nations for these resources. Your people are pretty much disadvantaged as you are well aware, this is the reason all of you are willing to go to arms against people who have long rejected you.

We will export our gas with ease. The money to develop the fields and export platforms will be readily available from foreign investors and partners.

I know you'd want us to be at loggerheads with our brothers and neighbors, it's not going to happen. Biafra will supply free Oil and Gas to a new Oduduwa nation to help them cushion their initial financial deficits.

As for you fulanis and your co-conspirators, be prepared to buy petrol at N800 per liter soon enough. Gas prices will also appreciate proportionally.

When your shiroro and kainji stations finally packs up, say goodbye to electricity and welcome to darkness. With that goes the very little production capacity you currently have. No more free oil money to sustain your fraudulent Nigeria. My prayers is the the Hausa will finally wake up and give you terrorists and usurpers the CAF treatment you so deserve.

Oh, we will definitely remember to make you junkies pay dearly for gworo, and palm oil too.

Y'all get ready, these days are not far from you.

Your scare tactic is dead on arrival.

Igbos started life with 20 pounds after losing everything they labored for and rose to become at par and above their peers in 20 years. What do you think they will do in their own nation?.

Natural gas is WIDELY AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE, far more than oil.

There is SERIOUS competition to sell it. Tell me how Dot Republic will be able to compete with the world in gas production and sales.

Nigeria is currently collaborating with Morocco to build a 25 billion dollar gas pipeline passing various West African nations to Morocco and onward to Spain and Europe, just to make her gas prices competitive.

Where will Dot Republic start?

Does Kanu and his thugs even know what is involved in gas production and exports?

Production does not equate reserve, alot fields in the east are labeled strategic reserve. The data provided above stale and distorted. Imo produces over #60000 barrels per day and Anambra is also an oil producing state but are yet to be recognized as an oil producing state. Obiano is working hard to make the FG includes Anambra as an oil producing state.
Igbo man will build gas facilities and export in barges if worst comes to worst. Igbo man knows no limitation

You guys want to steal the gas of today, the same way you looted the oil of Eastern Nigeria by preaching patriotism to a Nigeria that doesn't exist and by hiding the facts as it regards oil deposits.

Hiding the facts the same way you have refused vehemently to make offshore drilling a public discuss in this country... The same way the president of this queer country, who's illegally doubling as the Oil Minister, went ahead to allocate and renew licenses of nearly a hundred oil blocs without making any of those public! Ofcourse, Your media kept quiet because you have gotten your crumbs as usual!

Not so fast.

Imo and Abia oil wells fall into the Niger delta collection.

The Anambra basin one is obviously the Aguleri fields. In Anambra there are even more oil fields being exploited as we speak. One of such wells was discovered a few weeks ago, and the earnings of that well don't even accrue to Anambra.

Two of the most oil laden LGAs in the Niger delta are Igbo speaking. They are Oyigbo LGA and ONELGA LGA. The other Igbo speaking LGAs are also quite endowed.

Even without Ikwerre oil fields, the inland oil reserve of Igbo speaking territories of the SS and SE will probably be around 55% of the national total. So Igbos have oil in quantum. All these your 2% psychological game is dead on arrival.

I can also assure you that all the Igbo-speaking territories of the SS will opt for BIafra, if the SE seceeds. They won't be sticking around with people who are likely to start marginalising them, when the SE is gone.

Now when it comes to gas, the Igbos control perhaps over 95% of the national reserve. This must be seriously painful to you, but we Igbos thank God for his mercies.

By the way, some Igbos in Rivers state now want a new Igbo state, as they don't want to be stuck in any of these Babelian farms, that can be so easily hypnotised by jihadists. Oyigbo, Ahoada e.t.c now want an ENOA state. I won't be surprised if ONELGA shows interest in joining the proposed state very soon

What a load of illiterate garbage.

The East produces around 2% of Nigeria's oil. Where will you find the tens of billions of dollars needed to develop gas infrastructure enough to become a world supplier, if you become a landlocked dot?

How will you evacuate the gas so it reaches your customers cheaply, failing which they won't buy?

You think natural gas is a question of saying ''hey look here, we have gas! We can start exporting it tomorrow and become like Dubai!''.

Mumu people.

Don't bother yourself about developing our gas infrastructure for us. Face your own resources and develop them for all of us to enjoy like we enjoyed Niger/Delta oil. You will not tap our gas! And that is final. Igbo gas is for Biafra and Biafra alone!
