I didn't use any agent
You need to get all your documents together
Make sure you're invited by a person with valid visa and make clear copies of your papers
And ask God to favour you, then you are good to go

This isn't really correct. VFS manages all visa applications for the DHA/Embassy. Whether new or renewal requests.

That's not true. VFS handles every form of South African visa applications be it new application or renewal. You should click on the link that was posted earlier and read through the website yourself.

For 300 rands or less, you card shouldn't decline unless you are using a verve card

It's just 200 rands and my cards are mastercards. I wrote to the school to complain but I haven't gotten a response yet

I would advise you put in extra efforts and submit clear copies of your husband's id
I've been in similar situation. I didn't sign the waiver form but waited till my husband was able to send clearer copies of his id

Unclear copies of documents is one of the reasons for visa denial

Submit a clear document otherwise an outright rejection will be the outcoke.

His ID was clear it was the certification that was not clear and if i dont submi i will have to repay another seevice fee ��

Most times, certification from the SAPS is not always clear. But it evidently shows original was sighted by the certifier. However, those guys at VFS will always want to frustrate you. My wife was asked to re certify several times some months ago when she wanted to submit an application. I had to certify from different sources before they finally accepted her application. It's very simple that every submitted document can always be verified from appropriate sources. But those guys at VFS, will want you to print from their business centre at a very exorbitant prices for their own cuts!

I doubt if they do a thorough verification of certified documents like ID. I think you can just hope for the best if you already submitted.
