Hello Boss. Gazzuzz. I just got a Nigerian Used EOD with Tokunbor Engine and Gear but I want to know the specific fluid to use for the gear and Engine oil and any basic tips for maintenance as a first timer. Many thanks as you assist.

GAZZUZZ:
Why did you scan? what are present vehicle driving conditions.
I scanned because the fuel consumption increased, then the increase in temperature. To keep the temperature in check, I've washed the radiator to no avail, as well as stopped using the A.C

Please gurus in the house my 07 camry 2.4 acceralates very sluggish one's I hit 2000 rpm under load and on normal road not hill.
Its feels like something is dragging the engine back from acceleration one's it gets to 2000rpm while driving but on idling its accelerates well.
Have changed fuel pump, spark plugs and also swap throttle body yet no result.
No DTC set even when scanned no pending code
Sure we are not dealing with a transmission issue?

My ogas in the house, I'm still waiting for your solution o! Below is the original post...

Hello Gazzuzz, and other gurus in the house. I recently scanned my CR-V '98, and got the following results...

i, P1359 - Crankshaft Position Top Dead Center Sensor Circuit

ii, P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

iii, P1456 - EVAP Control System Leak detected (Fuel Tank Area)

How do i resolve these issues as it has started gulping fuel, with fluctuating high temp.? Thanks

For p0135 check your upstream o2sensor. Disconnect the socket use a multimeter to check the heater element to see if it is still good,. If it's not change the sensor. If it is ok check the fuse that controls the heater element for the O2 sensor. If you use this approach you won't have to spend money buying an O2 sensor that you don't need.

No code here will solve temp spikes. Radiator, cooling fan, head cylinder , waterpump are the usual culprits .

Fuel economy will be distorted by the 1359 and 135 codes. Replace the crank sensor and defective O2 sensor.
