They're talking abt legal power of President not what your ears want to hear. Blaming somebody for alleged fault system is a sign of hypocrisy, the system shld be blamed instead.


On the other hand, Maxwell Opara, is a legal practitioner with poor knowledge of the system he practices. He is in the same place with Falana, who uses technicalities to deceive citizens!
