Prospective Nairalanders Who Wants To Study Abroad Let’s Meet Here ! by HorlarJP: 6:11pm On Jun 18, 2021
I am planning to begin my study abroad move soon!
Some good counties in Europe like Netherlands and Spain are somehow easy to enter if you meet up with there requirements a bit too expensive to study over there while the likes of Poland, Cyprus, Ukriane are a bit cheap but ain’t really a good choice to study in. And there are the likes of USA, Canada , Uk, Germany that are very good countries with a high chance of not getting a study visa even after meeting up with the requirement and aside that and the village people you are made up for life if you study in these countries.

Let’s discuss about countries we can go study with a post graduation stay and also easy to work and study and not too expensive too migrate.
Let’s share ideas, let’s come up with a plan together and if there is anyone Studying somewhere that is okay then he/she can please tell us what to do and also tell us how it is in the country( a friend of mine told me about Croatia though)

Thanks

I want to learn.
Have you heard of Estonia? I learnt it's cheap and affordable.
I read from their schools' website, you can work and study.

Really? Estonia ?
And how’s the country itself ? Is it affordable , accommodating, cost of living snd stuff like that!

Instead of us saying following
Everyone can just say one or two things
Might even be your preferred country that you wish to migrate to and why you prefer the country to other countries

Estonia is good. The only challenge right now is that I heard they don't have embassy in Nigeria. But last week someone told me Belgium embassy in Nigeria issues visa for them.
I still can't say how true.
My friend told me some of them went to Egypt to get visa and that on its own is way too much for me.

Most people that studied in Poland leave there as soon as they finish there studies and even I have friends that will leave school in there first year and migrate to Germany somehow because they share the same border but it’s risky … all in all don’t think it’s a good choice even though it’s cheap, it’s not even in the Schegen zone

There are a number of factors to consider when migrating for study.

- Long term goal: Do you intend getting a second passport or citizenship? Does your chosen country have a provision that will facilitate or permit dual citizenship?

- Job opportunities: How relevant is your course of study in the country? Aside other factors militating against an immigrant, you must know your chances of getting a job after studying in the country. A Computer science degree in Germany would definitely get you farther than a computer science degree in a less developed country.

- Cost of Living: Unless you have a reliable sponsor, you have to consider the cost of living ranging from availability of accommodation for foreign students, food prices etcetera.

- Visa: If you can get a Schengen visa, by all means, please do.

-Language barrier: Language is an integral part of a society's culture. How willing are you to learn a new language? Would you rather learn French or Spanish? Check out videos of natives conversing in these languages to get an idea of the spoken language in your chosen country.

Why do people rarely talk about going to Australia.

Personally, it is my top schooling destination. Even though it's cost of living and education is expensive, it is still my first choice.

I intend doing my Masters in Mining Engineering in Australia. Mine Engineers seems to be in high demand over there and they also pay well. I believe with this career path, it would be easier to get PR and eventually become a citizen.

As about the high cost of living and education over there, I have a plan that if followed rigorously would help me take care of my bills over there.

I'm still an undergraduate so I believe I have some time to follow through with my plan.

Can you share the plan with me?
I'm an undergraduate also and I'm also done. Hoping to leave this country immediately.

I can email you if you give me the go ahead or check my signature. You can contact me via that.

I'm not commanding, I just would appreciate if you carry me along.
