What your statement means is been males automatically makes you a risk and the chances of you committing a crime is over 80 while been female is less than 20 percent right........ Do your research properly sexual predators both here and in other countries 80% have been molested while young by either family members or strangers, and most serial killers have been victims of bullying, assault or hate crime. It's a vicious circle what we need is to find out what the problem is and provide solutions not to blame a particular group of people or gender for the crime committed by a few.
