I am not a fan of your evangelism on nairaland and I don't want to be your fan. The situation in Nigeria has created a lot of scenarios and situations . If Nigeria were to be China or a country in Europe , most of these things cannot happen. We cannot accept Ignorance with the gospel. Everything has become a movie in the gospel where you now have superstars, stars, upcoming artists, etc. This is not the kind of gospel handed to the Church by Jesus or the kind of gospel brought by the Missionaries.

The issue of the Holy Spirit is not settled. The personality of the Holy Spirit is not settled. Who is a Guarantor or Mediator . A lot of people are left confused and you people are playing politics on the altar of Christ. The first message on the Holy Spirit that I heard was from Baba Adeboye message in 1999. Baba Adeboye in the tape said nobody has ever preached about Holy Spirit to him and the first message on the Holy Spirit he will hear was the one he preached himself after he has done a lot of studies and gathered a lot of materials.

My thought is that she said things without thinking. Rash and irrational . She said when she though she has been singing the song before. But some other time when she wanted to sing it, the Holy spirit ask her to shut up her mouth. She said as a gospel astist, when you receive a song , u have to chew it, digest it , edit it before singing it. Does she mean she now know more and better that the person ( the spirit of God ) that birth and inspired the song she just received or she's talking about circular songs..?? She didn't address all of these.
Most times we blame the devil for actions that we take deliberately by ourselves. She said what she said very arrogantly and with high sense of Pride.

true but what you should note is that culture and tradition always has it's influence in people be them Christian or any other faith. Jesus may have given some commandment which are not adhered to or interpreted to suite some leaders perception which is wrong. Going to church is a place of fellowship with brethren which is also good because it's in the Bible. So i don't see church buildings as something bad, but when it becomes a competition to get the largest building or largest congregation, then it's wrong.

Um... I believe Elijah's fear was not that there was no other prophet like him. Instead, he was afraid that the evil king had succeeded in killing all of the prophets and that he was alone in escaping with his dear life - 1 Kings 19 vs 1 - 18.

This was not about power or what you call grace. Jezebel sent Elijah a threat in 1 Kings 19 vs 2 , the dude panicked and ran for his life into the desert thinking that the woman had succeeded in picking out the other prophets.
