This Catarrh has lasted for almost 9yrs now. I've taken different medications but it's still persisting.

I was once in your shoe, though my started two years ago and tthe drug I normally use was CONTACT which didn't work.

I just decided to walk to chemist shop own by a street brother and I ask him that is there no other drug and he gave me this.

I had similar experience for about 5yrs. Until a doc friend recommended (Loratidine/Cetrizine) before I begin to have long time relief. Its 10tabs in 1card. Take 1tab daily (works better for me when taken at night).

Armrest:

9 years is damn too much for one to suffer from flu.

I think you need to boost your immune system.

You also need to avoid cold environment i.e. AC, bathing cold water, and sleeping in an extremely ventilated room.


You also need to see a specialist in addition to the aforementioned.

what you have Is probably not chatar as such it may be allergies. You need to find out what's in your environment eg dust, even humidity, etc

Please do you belong to the homo sapiens generation, those who believe in the evolution of man but have failed to prove further why apes and gorilla have stopped revolving into man till date after the first evolution theory was made?
