I think the fuss surrounding Michael Keaton’s Batman is that he will replace Batfleck in the DCEU which is stupid if they really go along with that. They should just make a Batman Beyond movie with him as Bruce Wayne, nobody will complain.

Since the 'set' was already been put in place several weeks ahead, then the shooting might be smooth.
Moving sets are what takes up most time in production.
Also if they shooting mostly on one set just like The Mandalorian advanced tech then it will be faster as CGI will be the main work overlaying all the environment and scenery needed.

Let's watch. I see that movie as something WB will spend nothing less than $120-160mn.
