There's no time that's too late to back out. You feel like backing out cos they don't care about your interest so you don't need to care about their own interest when backing out.

Like I want to back out now, but I'm still being owned 2. 5 months now, and that's the motivation. Maybe as soon as I get them I'll just like a ghost, dissappear. Some people can be so heartless.

Never too late. Many people I know have started a job and resigned the next day after a better offer came. Employers can fire you immediately so why can't you resign immediately too?

kindly look through the offer of employment letter before you accept any offer it is important, after accepting the offer and you breach it can lead you to pay mandatory penalty because you are bid with the contract you signed or accepted from the organization or company.

If it doesn’t favour you.. You japa!
It’s called an “offer” for a reason.
You cab choose to accept or otherwise.
All this English language ko necessary at all.

Its obvious you didn't read OP's content. You just saw headlines and rushed to comment.

And where's the joke in my comment? Dude says we suggest a song that will touch his soul, gospel or any song and I suggested mine.

You should understand life's full of varieties and we enjoy music different... Don Moen songs "I am the Lord" might touch your soul and make you cry, while it might irritate my hearing and Terry_G song "Akpako" might touch my soul and make me cry and might irritate your hearing...

i did same thing with an employer because he wasn't straight forward. I left his job for my friends job that I was even owing one of them. I really enjoyed working with my friends,it was more like a party. I even do overtime for them for free. we joked a lot.

Don't allow the ink dry on the job acceptance letter before you resign.
Be your own man, live off comfortably on hefty commission.

As far as this clime is concerned, you can back out at any point. Nigerian employers can be very manipulative with the recruitment process in some cases and not until resumption you might not get to discover some misery about your new position. I remember getting a job offer to discover its a work from the CEO's apartment thing, also discovered after a month of resumption that he was in a serious financial debt. Walked his ass out of the crisis with my sales team and next boss relieved us of our jobs after some hide and seek of 8 months no salary to me the manager and 4 months of half salary to my team. ( We were making enough to float the coy) He sneaked to a new Lekki office after we were gone but back to his house now.
Are you into marketing ?

Back out anytime.
Nigerian employers are heartless whether one man biz or multinationals.

They use you and dump you without warning so I have no qualms paying them back in their own coin.

Be ready for the same treatment when you set up your own company and a potential employee does the same to you

When you realize that 85% of the staffs there are being owed salaries from 3 months and above...my brother japa.

When you discover that even though they pay well all the staffs are living in abject poverty...it means that the MD is using their glories to prosper. My brother run for your life.

When you discover that after removing transportation and feeding from the salary you agreed upon, the left over in your account will be looking like betting odds. embarassed my brother escape before you starve to death.

When there notice so many beautiful girls there upon your first visit, and you know deep down that your flesh is as weaker than "madam sorry" nylon bag, my brother, listen to the voice of your spirit and reject the offer or else it will be a case of money de work and baboon de chop.

This I have seen.
