There're so many whatsap groups out there bro.
If you ever find yourself in any, you'll see that all these things we try to curtail here, are things that freely happen in them.
People post their dashboards freely, talk about their hours online, their strategies, the time they leave home and when they close at night. People share their daily encounters and discoveries there.

Someone can just wake up and say "it's 4am, I'm just going to brush my teeth and heat the road before 4:30am. I must work today till 11pm then I'll rest tomorrow" and he will do just that. He will even post his dashboard to prove it.

Someone could just be stranded with car issue somewhere, he will just say it in the group and another person will reply him to calm down, that he's on his way to help him out.

There're things you would say and someone would reply you to not say it outside so that the wrong person will not hear it. (just like the issue of saka. You'll see people that are still using it)

But this place is a public domain. Nothing is private here, yet we're meant to keep certain things private.
If you want to help people, you can say it here and they will contact you. You can then motivate them with your earnings and strategies cos it's not everyone that's reading this thread that is with us. There're definitely people against us here, though we may not know if they're actually a threat.

There was a time it was hot here with a lady (sexylaranighi) and it later turned out that she's wife to a LASTMA official. There could be many more like that.
There was a time I wanted to help the indriver crew with tip on avoiding late time to pick up, but I couldn't do it here cos I'm 100% certain that an Indrive official is here with us. I might share and they review their terms.

I'm only trying to say that what most of us are clamoring here, were bone out of genuine concern for self and the hustle. Not necessarily envy. Cos I'm sure kanuisagoat and olayitan's dashboard are far better than our Dictator here. There are many others doing far better. You'll see it in these groups.

Concerning the 5k weekly motivation you spoke about.
It doesn't easily work that way. Cos you can wake up Monday morning, determined to gross 200k, and your car brake down on Wednesday. Your week have been affected.

Below is my earnings for the day. To motivate the unmotivated.

I come in absolute peace.

Would you believe I'm not on any whatsapp group?

I would appreciate if i can get a link to one.

Thanks.

It's true there is burnout in this hussle. Like everyother thing enthusiasm decreases over time, but what separates individuals is desire, drive, passion and circumstances.
Different people entered d job for different reasons, people are made-up differently and at some point in time u will meet your equilibrium or exit the biz (for whatever reason). This is a fact.
It is also a fact that there are people who have been consecutively and consistently hitting the top bar for years while another person's equilibrium is to drop down and relax, having met his target or maybe his body cannot continue at that level. So when I hear stuffs like let's see what u made 3months ago or let's see where u will be 6months from now its irritating, it's just plain irrational. What's d point of that? He can continue making high figures or not but when u choose to condescend, then u r being negative and discouraging. These are undesired attributes.
Some do the work in the interim, some to ease boredom, some to make ends meet, some to hit a target, some as side Hussle and some others have taken it as their main business. You get whatever you put into it.

The guy that won Best Driver in Lagos in Bolt mega challenge 2020 came second in 2019.
He won a brand new car. Mind u he owns his car...so don't think he was on rental that's why he was puting effort.
In 2019 he won fuel, phone and many other goodies. Do u know what it takes to win overall Best driver? Consistently??
When I saw his dashboard, I cap. My point is don't think for a second this work is a spark or a dash...if u find ur rhythm u can go on and on at a high level. If u can't do it but see people doing it don't cast aspersions. Celebrate them and find ur own niche.

You're a sensible man.

Saka is using an app that alters your GPS to increase fare. It does not work any longer

I dey motivate wella...I dey talk am everyday, u can Net 80-100k a week.
I have given tips of how I go about it and remain on fire without burning out or losing interest.
I tell doubters and people that say it's a lie, "If u doubt am put ur money make I show u dashboard"
Me I like money o, so I use every opportunity to make it.
If challenge come up now, u go see my dashboard FOC.

I deliver 28k every week,

I do daily ajo of 6k
I do weekly of 20k

All this money including the delivery and the ajo is gotten from what i make in a week and i never carry a week target to the next unless i didn't work at all in a day or 2 days, this is aside from what i spend on data, call card and feedings. That one can't be accounted for cux i can't say this is what i spend everytime on data, call card and feeding.

And i only do max of 6 trips on Monday to friday but i work anyhow during weekend.

Now calculate all the money together and reason how much i must net in a week to meet up with everything, tho, I'm a single man.

In all, anything you lock your mind to shall be achieved,

i will advise drivers not to work without bearing,
List out what you wish to achieve within a particular period, give yourself target and plan how to make it feasible for yourself.

Though these groups are quite boring oh!
You might even remove yourself within a week.

If you spend 1hr without visiting the group, you'll come back and see 2000 unread messages and they can talk rubbish.
Quite informative sometimes though.

Good evening people, I hope you are doing great. There is this pal of mine in the office that we usually discuss getting vehicle on HP to do Uber. For so long, none of us has been lucky. The country hard small, dealers no even reason our matter at all as soon as we mention HP.

But my friend just got a deal, someone who related to him somehow according to what he told me, who sell cars in Osogbo has agreed to give him a Honda Accord 2013 4 cylinders on HP, he has paid the initial 1 million requested and I got to know cos he asked me to sign a guarantors form.

Now, my question is, how suitable is a 2013 Honda Accord for the business?

Mind you he is a Civil Servant that earns around 139k and he said the car will serve him as personal car and for hailing.

He said the man has two of the cars and if I am willing he will put in words for me and I can kickstart process of picking the other.

Please guys, your opinion. Thanks

See the pic of what a 2013 Accord 4 cylinder looks like.

I don’t know anything about driving for earnings bro. Friends come together to create a savings group and set milestones to help each other. I just feel it’s not easy waking up everyday doing the same thing especially if the day before you are unfortunate enough to meet a Nigerian female who decided to be crazy. I mean drivers complain about this everyday. I just feel if there is a WhatsApp group that you motivate each other with weekly rewards for milestones reached then there is a way it will push the rest. As for down time with cars, that will surely happen to everyone cos everyone is using cars to run the business and everybody’s downtime will come too. But the determination to quickly get it fixed to meet the milestone is what differs and that could also help you get on the road quick. Reason it’s not possible that only one person will be the one winning every week. Like I earlier said, it is not a must, it’s just a suggestion I feel could help people here who are finding it more difficult to hit the road daily. It is not easy as someone of us need a little more push to go on everyday.

Lolz

But i don't stay online for many hours.
You see anytime i close around 1am, it means i resumed back to work around 9pm or 10pm.

If i show you my dashboard, I've never done 35trips from Monday to Friday but what i make within that period doing few trips, someone who stays online from morning to night will never make it.

I can't stay online from morning till night, i don't have that strength and reason why i devise a strategy to stay online for few hours and make something tangible within that few hours.
