The good thing about PMB is that his enemies are weak minded people whose only act of bravery is wishing him death underneath their fetid breath.

Anyone who wishes another death is a useless fellow and doesn't deserve to be alive in the land of the living.

I understand you have to work for your minimum wage but even Buhari's very own people lay curses on him than anything, let alone any right thinking person from Southern Nigeria.

If you want to know Nigeria loves him, just ask him to pretend that he is dead for a minute and I assure you that the jubilation from every part of the country will be 10x that of Abacha.

Lies, you said on anything. That's not true. Just tell us no matter what Buhari does, you won't appreciate him. No need lumping everyone to your takes.

People of God,
It will be out of proportion to say that the Nigerian youths are unaware of how blink and Shakey the future and success of this country looks. I'm always marvelled reading well polished posts constructed and laced with first class ideas from almost all Nigerians, but for how long are we going to continue writing polished articles without practical solutions?

My people, your people and our people are suffering and dying every single day without any help or ease closely in sight. In 2019, the president Muhammadu Buhari sent funds directly to all the 774 local government in the federation, but those wolves in human clothing we called our governors withdrew the money for their personal objectives.

Though, I've already gave up on Nigerian governors in October 2020 when it became evident that the palliatives meants to provide relief and succour were hoarded by them for know just course. Recently, it looks like the president has resumed duty, he has again sent funds to all the 774 local government account, are we going to allow these governors to lay their evil infested and inhumane hands on this funds again?

I graduated from the University 2 to 3 years ago and aside the fact that they've failed to provide us with employments, they have succeeded in turning our working class parents into beggars, the plights of our local government workers is appalling, it needs immediate solution before things go hayware ( that's if it hasn't already).

I'm not calling for insurrection, I just want us to by all means possible and within the confinement of the law ensure that the local government workers are paid their salaries in full with this money. It's obvious that our local government chairmen are handicapped, let's help them to help us.

I'm so passionate about this and will be glad if we can take this as a patriotic call and give it widest publication. I am a proud Nigerian and I want to remain so. Thanks as I await your esteem contributions of ideas to this course.

My name is Mohammad Mustapha Abdullahi, an indigene of Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Stop the LIE!
The promise and allocation has always been ongoing over previous, successive Govts.
The Six Players and the Three technical crew Members who have ALREADY RECEIVED their own Houses, did so under previous Govts before Buhari.
The Houses were built by Previous Govts.

All these populist, smokescreen-white-wash of Buhari will not obfuscate his Wickedness, his Nepotism, how he unleashed terrorist, Fulani Herdsmen on Southern Farmers and his failed attempt at Fulani hegemony.

Dont be fooled or is it his personal money that will be used to build the Houses? shocked

Thanks for reminding those useless sycophants that the rewards are a product of tax payers funds and the country's mineral resources and not from Buhari's cow business or bank account.
I always feel disappointed seeing youths praise government elected or appointed personal do what they were elected or appointed into public offices for anyway it's a backdrop of a non functional mindsets or pure ignorance of citizens rights and government responsibilities.
Little wonder they see such actions as favor.
SMH.

We need young visionary leaderships come 2023.

Giveaway has started.

If it is not TradeMoni, it is NISRAL; If it isn't that, it is one intervention/SME loan scheme.

These numerous giveaways won't hide the fact that a desperate, despotic, lazy man who contested four times to win an election after promising the world is nothing but the worst president Nigeria has ever had.

If he likes, he should donate his testicles to the museum in OAU, it won't hide the fact that Nigeria has never had it this bad in the history of this country and history will never be kind to this ethnic jingoist.

U have a major general overview point. Buhari is taking care of minor issues while leaving or creating bigger issues.

Hence these seemingly and supposed good acts are hard to accept or applaud. Quite sad.

Note, the reason some names are not on the list is because some people have previously received their houses. Eg

Westerhof (2019)

24 years after, Westerhof gets house in Abuja

By Phenomenal -May 27, 2019

The Federal Government on Monday redeemed its pledge to provide a house for Mr Clemence Westerhof, the Technical Adviser that led the Super Eagles to victory in the 1994 African Nations Cup competition.

Mr Babatunde Fashola, the Minister of Power, Works and Housing who presented the house documents to Westerhof in Abuja, said the promise was made 25 years ago.

He said Westerhof was the technical adviser that led the Super Eagles to victory in the African Nations Cup and qualified the team for its first World Cup in the USA in 1994.

According to him, many promises were made in moment of euphoria and elation, one of which was the allocation of a house which was never redeemed since 1994.

He said that Mr Johannes Bonfrere, better known as Bonfere Jo, was also promised a house for leading the Super Eagles to the first Olympic football gold medal in 1996.

The minister said that the promise was forgotten, until it was redeemed by Muhammadu Buhari’s government in 2018, after 24 years.

“It was the public announcement of that redemption that brought to light, the commitment to redeem the promise made to Westerhof because immediately we became aware, we set out to work in the ministry.

“This is more than a house, it symbolises the commitment of the Buhari administration to right yesterday’s wrongs, redress yesterday’s injustices and bring Nigerians together,” he said.

Fashola urged the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) to document the promises made by government to identify those that have been fulfilled and those yet to be fulfilled.

He said that the idea was to provide clear records for the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing to act towards redeeming the promises.

Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Solomon Dalung, commended the power ministry for ensuring that the promise was fulfilled in the first tenure of the current administration.

Dalung, represented by Mrs Tayo Oreweme, the Director of Federations and Elite Athlete Department in the ministry, said the exercise was in line with President Buhari’s tradition of fulfilling promises.

He said the president had in 2015 delivered the pledge he made to the victorious Golden Eaglets team when he was the Head of State.

Westerhof commended the Federal Government for redeeming the pledged, adding that with the house, he would be more regular in Nigeria with his family

ddddaves:
The Federal Government of Nigeria has now fulfilled their 25-year old promise to former Super Eagles coach, Clement Westerhof, for leading the Nigerian team to world glory as are back as 1994.

The minister of power, works and housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola who made the presentation on behalf of the FG said it was regrettable that it took so long for the government to redeem their promise.

“It is unfortunate that this is a promise that has taken us so long to redeem. But it is indeed better late than never in this case,’’ he said.

Bonfere (2018)

Deji7474:
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, fulfilled the age long promise to former Super Eagles coach, Bonfrere Jo,  handing him the keys to a three-bedroom apartment  in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

Recall that the Dutchman was promised a house after guiding the national U23 team to  win the men’s football event at  the  Atlanta  ’96 Olympic Games.

Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola,  who handed  Bonfrere  the  keys  during a brief ceremony  in Abuja,  said the reward would  inspire the Eagles at the 2018 World Cup competition in Russia.

Fashola said, “Let me on behalf of the President apologise to you that it has taken so long for the Nigerian government to come through. We thank you for your contribution to the development of our country, our youth, football and to say that it is better late than never. Nigeria always come through, we have come through for you.

“It is proper that with just few days to another World Cup, Nigeria fulfils and redeems this pledge and I hope that this will serve as an inspiration to our players going to the World Cup and the officials that this government will be there for you all the way.

“Ordinarily, this ought to be a short meeting but if it take 24 years for the government of the country to respond to its citizens, it must assume a news making event. This is consistent with the commitment that the President has made that once again, he will make Nigerians proud of their country. This country should always be there to respond to the needs and expectations of the citizens.”

The 71-year-old thanked the Federal Government and stated that the gesture would encourage sportsmen and women to work hard, knowing that their achievements would not go unrecognised.
