Please for those of us that applied without NSE and haven’t gotten NSE request do you advise that we send the documents via web form?
And could anyone think of any reason why it seems these kinds of applications are not being paid attention to?

The first step i took was to confirm if my admission wasn't a fake one. I sent a confirmation request to Burman University and they replied this evening with the attached picture below. I have also sent a meessage to the agent about telling me the truth about the application. So fingers crossed.

I opted out: did nothing and allowed the 30days reply period elapse.

Got an update on the official receipt of application and commencement of processing of application 8th Feb 2021.

My program was to resume 17th May, 2021. Got no response. I lost hope. Started preparing for yet another application for September and hoped to apply to other countries because I definitely had to leave this country.
I dragged my feet rather than differ immediately hence Sept 2021 was filled and had to differ to Jan 2022.

Applied gcms 20th May... silly me, should have done that earlier... ( felt like they abandoned by application until the 3rd party company asked for an update on the application)

Medical request came June 3rd 2021,

Did medicals 17th, June.
Medicals updated: passed 22nd June.

Passport request (PPR) 24th.

I'm currently in lagos what company is most reliable to send documents? Where should it be sent and how much..

I just got knowledge of this platform and the information I have gotten here is invaluable. I would definitely have done my visa application myself if I knew of this platform.
I applied for my study permit on May 5th 2021 using an agent. She applied for visa for two people I know of and they are currently in Canada so I was at peace.
Having browsed through this platform, I found out about Family Information form and having to fill out the section of your brothers and sisters. Through out filling my Visa application, she never asked me for my siblings name, date of birth so I got worried. But she did ask for details of my parents ie their name, dob and occupation. I called her today and she said that she didn't fill out anything on siblings. That it's not necessary.
I am actually worried now. What's the implication of this?. In my letter of explanation, under my hometies section, I listed all my siblings and their names to show proof of home ties.
Please advice me on what to do now.

So long as you have not gone for Biometrics, there is nothing going on with your Visa application if he has applied sef. And how can he apply without your knowledge? Or bank statement? Or Family Information?

Congratulations again! Does your gcms notes ahow why there was such a delay? Was your secondary office in London?

I observed your WhatsApp chat with your agent....and I wonder why you are so gentle in chatting with him....this issue is not even a WhatsApp issue. Me that waited for 5 months to get visa approved I know what I passed through during that period.....now imagine a period of 2 years.....I won’t take it likely with the guy at all

This is the truth .

The agent secured your admission but didn’t apply for visa.
Biometrics is key to visa application .

He should give you your details which I’m sure doesn’t exist!.
You should apply for admission again n visa process all over again .

I think the tone of your conversation with this agent is disturbing. You paid for service not begging to be served.

Okay! Since he said you haven't been denied or refused, simply tell him to share your your gckey login details.

If he can't, then this is a serious foul play that needs someone to visit the station!

Please I want to even know how you confirmed the admission. You sent the school an email with your offer letter or the agent did and sent you a screenshot?

I don't know why I'm bothered about this case.

Please tell this agent to give your GC key login, UCI, and application number except you guys has some other side dealings.

I'm so sure he will even be scared and bothered with you asking all this questions if he didn't submit your visa application.

I know of someone who submitted yesterday and has received a biometrics invitation today. Mine was even the same day back in May.

2years! That's wicked and heartless of this agent.

If for any reason you're able to get away with this, the implication might take effect in future. You don't actually have to download. The one already downloaded and filled, can be edited. If you need a download link, just create a study permit application with your account. Download form and delete application.

This is correct. GCMS notes request can be requested at any point even if an application is 1 week old. The only thing is, it may not contain any vital information.
